Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel

I give my comment in last time, and follow my word to book new for my trip. It's good as always.

It was a great experience

Stayed Multiple times in this hotel. First good things -Rooms are good designed -Hotel does keep high quality green tea not the cheap ones -Hotel look & feel is all good -Good Vibes & ambience Now the real issues -Services are not upto the mark -Not to the standard of 5 star though they claim its 5 star -Dinner served which was stale & i was charged even after pointing it -Toothbrush,Comb were of worst quality at least not meant for human -Not accepting when pointed foold served was stale & trying to manipulate you to change your view as if you are novice. Overall, i stopped going to this hotel since the stale food experience. I wouldn't recommend visiting this though i understand there are limited options in Navi Mumbai. Never experience such a bad services & food at least from the Brand like Marriott.

Awesome Sunday brunch. Jahangir was our services he was superb. Sushma’s sweet smile whenever she cleaned up our table made the experience so much better. Malvani, Dal paratha and the desserts . Rohit, Kashish and Mahesh the chefs gave us a unique food experience

Who said business travelling cannot be enjoyable, did not stay at Marriot in Navi Mumbai. I arrived as a guest but left feeling like family. The hotel was impeccably clean and cozy, with spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Upama and Dixit took care of me as if I were family, especially when I caught the flu. Chef Mahesh and the team made sure I enjoyed flavorful, spice-free food (quite a feat in India! 🫣), and Neha, Abhishek, Selina, Ashir, Mahima and the rest of team brightened my mornings🌟 🏨🌟. They always greeted me with a sincere smile, took excellent care to ensure I had everything I needed.☕😊 The housekeeping staff, Akshay and Krutika who cleaned my room daily, also deserve special mention for their dedication. Thank you Marriot for a great,comfortable long stay.
