Stay was average.
Didn't like that the elevator was out upon my arrival and I had to carry my suit cases up the stairs to my room. Also didn't care for one of the staff texting my phone each day about my stay. Staff should ask guest beforehand or at check in if they want to receive texts and not just assume they do or text anyway.

The elevator was out and they only had 4th floor rooms available which we were ok with walking up and down; however, we did not need to be with luggage. Those that checked in after us definitely didn’t need to be walking the stairs and we helped them. Our room was great and clean. I would stay again just need the elevator fixed and stay fixed.

The room was very small. There was only one chair and it was a desk chair at that. No closet, no drawers for storage. Our first and last stay at Tru by Hilton

Room smelled like a dog. Would have changed or left but arrived after 1am and was too exhausted to do anything about it and change rooms.

Place was comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the pay at check in part wasn’t true. Payment was taken the morning of.
