Check in was fine. We got to the room and there were a couple of outlets that didn’t have covers, paint was pealing from the ceiling, and chips on the tiles. We had a jacuzzi room and 3 of the 6 jets didn’t work. I had to have maintenance come in and fix the toilet bc it took 20 mins to fill up the tank. Other than that, the bed was ok ( wasn’t the comfiest).

We have stayed all over Terrell and will definitely be back here its clearly not the newest property but it is exceptionally well maintained. I had no compliaint loved the space of the king suite. The beds were comfortable i do wish that the Pillows were a little firmer but that just my personal preference. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with just enough options for everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are looking for a super cheap stay and a hotel that matches the price it felt like one step up from a motel.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and am wondering why it has an 8.0 rating on the ******* website? It is run down and badly I. Need of a total renovation. The Holiday Inn in Terrell has the same 8.0 rating so I was thinking that the Quality Inn would be comparable, it was not.
