This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.
