Great place to stay the manager Rhiannon is great she is very nice and ready to help if you have any issues sraff is very nice and rooms are nice and clean

I just love the gals at the front desk they are so sweet.

The property felt a bit sketchy. I had to keep the curtains closed because it was the first floor and right outside the window is a bus stop. The people above the apar**ent were so loud throughout out the night. I did like the convenience of communication through text/email- checking in and receiving the key code to get in was simple. Parking was well lit and close enough. Over by the designated smoking area was a nice little private area.

The day of our check in (3 days 2 nights)My wife saw the review and become nervous. So we try to cancel but told us we can't anymore. We decided not to take risk but still checked the place.Anybody can access the building. The front desk lady did not even acknowledge us. As soon u enter there is weird smell . The elevator smells and the carpet smell pee. And our room was not the same in the pictures. Make sure read the review of this place. .its 99% right. Not recommended specially if your with younger kids.

Overall this place is quite reasonable for the price. One potential challenge is that the lobby is only open limited hours. The rest of the time you go through a side door with a keypad, which is fine except when you want to load or unload, because there is a curb that would make it next to impossible to use the luggage cart. It would be challenging for wheelchairs, walkers etc. as well.

The property constantly wreaked of ****. There was not adequate silver wear. I think we had one spoon and one small pearing knife. No kitchen linens provided. No pot holders provided. The overall cleanliness of the room was fine, but we definitely had cockroaches. At some point there was a bug next to my head in the middle of the night. I’m hoping it was a spider. Most people that stay there seem To live there long term. Everyone was very friendly.

The fire detector was beeping about every 2 minutes throughout the entire night. The lights would go off then on every 30 minutes to maybe an hour while we we were sleeping. The building smelled very smoky. The unit sofa couch had not been cleaned as there was a glasses part all sorts of food and other debris which could be seen easily when bed was pulled out. Despite all these issues when I asked to be comped a late checkout - they did agree but only an hour later- we probably got 2 hrs of sleep. Walls are paper thin too so you hear everything from next room. The place kind of ******.

I felt unsafe with my door code being the same to enter the building. There was a “security guard” and then 2 dirty men eating chicken wings on the street and a man smoking a cigarette all crowding the entrance door. If they had seen me enter my code to the front door then they would also have the entrance to my room. Room was sub optimally clean. It could definitely use some deep cleaning in the window sill and behind the bed and a new couch. The lights automatically turn off after a couple of minutes. It’s really annoying.
