Absolutely lovely stay! I had such a wonderful experience here. Very clean facility, and extremely kind staff, particularly Lei and Lexi at the rooftop bar made that my stay incredibly memorable. The hotel is also located central to many places to eat and things to do, so many areas are within walking distance. Would highly recommend and will definitely return here should I find myself in Tempe again.

I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel at ASU and had a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The decor and interior details really stood out. Most of the staff were kind and welcoming, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. That said, a few employees seemed disengaged or less enthusiastic, which was a bit noticeable. The only real downside was the parking fees, which felt a little excessive and could definitely be more reasonable. Still, the comfort, convenience, and aesthetics made it a solid stay. Would recommend—with just a heads-up about the parking cost.

Incredible Staff We were there with elderly in-laws and decided to have pizza outside by the pool (it was quiet and they could hear.) One of your staff came over and offered us bottles of water and asked if we wanted ice. It was so sweet! We were so appreciative. All of our interactions with staff have been exceptional. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean.. pool area was very nice and fun place to hang out. Management even sent up mimosas and truffles to celebrate my husband and I anniversary. So thoughtful.! We will definitely come back and stay again.!
