Προσωπικό εξυπηρετικότατο και ευγενέστατο. Θέση κεντρικότατη! Κουζινάκι εξοπλισμένο ικανοποιητικά. Κατάλυμα υπόγειο, χωρίς να αναφέρεται, με αυλή από πλαστικό χορτοτάπητα, με τα κλιματιστικά των ορόφων πάνω από το κεφάλι μας… Παλιό κτίριο, ανακαινισμένο μέτρια. Οι φωτογραφίες στα sites, παραπλανητικές. Θα έδινα 2 αστέρια με επιείκεια.

The manager, M. Gottesman was very available for any request et he is very client oriented. The suites was at lower level with a nice terrace. Localisation perfect: close to the beach and in the heart of the city, perfect to discover TelAviv by foot. The room was large enough for 2 persons with fully equiped kitchen. A lack of privacy between the terrace is noted due to few plastic plant separated every terrace. Would recommand this hotel at a reasonable price.

Clean and in fair/good condition, but had bad smell, the garden room is downstairs from the street level, and the "garden" is a small area with plastic grass and surrounded with walls/buildings. The interior design is minimal, gray, no pictures on the walls, feels very estranged

We had to cancel a week in advance for a one night stay at this hotel. Our flights to Tel Aviv were cancelled so obviously we could not make this stay possible. They charged us the full rate for one night despite the reason. Imagine a week in advance for a single night. Wow, be careful about this hotel. My daughter who did make it to the hotel told us that she was not happy so I guess we didn't miss much.

Visiting family and friends in this beautiful amazing country so been all over the place staying in lots of hotels , we found this one and booked it and what a find it was …. Very well placed for the beach, shops, restaurants etc . The room was very clean and spacious and everything you needed. The man who looked after us could not have been nicer and kinder unfortunately didn’t get his name but many thanks to him , so all in all would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place, hope this is useful 👍❤️🇮🇱

Struttura da abbattere. Sporca Vecchia Fatiscente Mal funzionante ma soprattutto in un seminterrato. Nessuna persona sana di mente potrebbe mai affittare una stanza a 25o euro al giorno sapendo che poi sarebbe finita in un bunker sporco e maleodorante

Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut. Aber es gibt sehr viele Hotels in der Umgebung zum selben Preis die ich eher empfehlen würde. Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Alle Zimmer (bis auf die Roof Suites) befinden sich im Keller und sind daher relativ dunkel und haben trotz Terrasse keinen Ausblick. Man schaut auf eine Wand und ist umringt von lauten (und tropfenden Klimaanlagen). Die Zimmer an sich sind ganz okay. Wir haben in insgesamt 3 Zimmern geschlafen. Das erste war ein kleineres ohne Terrasse. Dieses war sehr dunkel und man hat die halbe Nacht sehr lauten Baulärm gehört (aufgrund der Hitze wurde Nachts gearbeitet). Das zweite Zimmer war sehr schön, aber die „Terrasse“ war grausam. Einfach nur ein Aussenbereich unter der Treppe, haben uns darüber beschwert und konnten am nächsten Tag in ein größeres Zimmer mit offener Terrasse ziehen. Hier war sehr viel Platz, nur das Bett sehr klein (140cm breit). Die Badezimmer in allen Zimmern waren muffig, klein und zum Teil mit Schimmel versehen. Zimmer wurden alle 3Tage gereinigt aber irgendwas wurde immer vergessen. Der Manager war aber nett und hat immer versucht uns alles recht zu machen. Zu dem hohen Preis würde ich das Hotel aber nicht empfehlen
