TLV新港飯店(The New Port Hotel TLV)

The room was sp**** and quite small. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was excellent ,especially Shalom at the front desk and Julian who was in charge of breakfast. We were upset that the English TV channels in our room were not working as we could not listen to the news at night nor day. We complained to Shalom about this. The telephone in our room was also not working so we had to walk to the front desk every time we needed something. We asked for a discount on the room but they refused. We are going to dispute this on our credit card.

Was a great stay, except for one of the guests on the 3rd floor She was abrasive and rude,but that reflects on her, not the hotel The rooms were well fitted out,comfortable

I think this is a very nice property but it is a little far off the beaten track. The services are fine and for the price it’s a great place to be. Rooms are very small and that some of you had to be prepared for it but all in all I would go back there

Staff ultra friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

The experience was great. Staff - Kiara, Mark and the person managing breakfast were excellent. Kiara was extremely helpful. She helped with many requests such as I needed a spare charger, arranging early breakfast due to the tours. Hospitality was excellent.
