Excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas, pero los detalles lo diferencia, porr la tarde tiene un snack que esta muy bien, las bebidas del frigobar sin cargo, champagne y chocolate para fin de año, en fin podriia seguir la lista, altamente recomendable, felicitaciones

This hotel bends over backwards to give you exemplary service. They provide a great breakfast and a wonderful happy hour daily with food and drink. The hotel does not have balconies but there is a gorgeous roof deck. There are great views of the sea and city from the upper floors. The only negative about the property is the very small standard rooms. Knowing this we booked the junior suite which is on an upper floor with great views. The room is not a suite but a standard US hotel room. It has a sofa in the room which we used for the suitcases. In the small standard room we had difficulty in the past fitting in the luggage!

Melody Hotel was a pleasure all around. The morning buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty and very large. Afternoon happy hour was fun. The staff were very helpful. A mini-bar is kept full with no extra charge. I also lucked out with a 7th floor view of the Mediterranean. I had no complaints.

I was initially impressed with this small boutique hotel, but when a waterbug showed up in my room at around midnight (I had never opened the windows so I don't know where it came from), the front desk attendant was extremely unhelpful. She basically said that this was normal for Israel and suggested using a shoe to kill it. Despite my pleading, she would not send anyone up to kill it for me. Her nonchalant tone made me think that this was not the first time she was hearing this. Although I managed to kill it, I could not fall asleep for hours after that because the experience was so stressful and disgusting.

The rooms are incredibly small. Impossible to fit a carryon piece of luggage and a small roller board. Impossible to turn around in the shower. The hotel needs a refresh and the rooms should be referred to as miniature. They did serve a nice breakfast and happy hour.

Staff are friendly. Rooftop views are gorgeous. Breakfast spread is fresh and delicious. Happy Hour is a fun time!

This is an excellent hotel whose staff are v helpful. The service, facilities and small touches like an included mini bar and wine etc on tap in the foyer are delightful. Well worth staying at when you are in Tel Aviv.
