Room 317 with balcony. Lovely to have the fresh air. No elevator BTW. Extremely clean room and nice bathroom and good choice of channels on TV. Breakfast is in the cafe downstairs except Saturday when you get a voucher to a nearby restaurant. Staff are fabulous and very friendly

We arrived in a decorated room and received wine as a gift which was very nice, the owner received us very nicely. We booked mainly because of the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi did not work and was not clean! The rest was fine and the location is excellent.

Montefiore 16 definitely has some of the looks of a nice hotel with a less pricey tag than some of the other bigger hotels in Tel Aviv. The rooms are all very well decorated and, overall, I had a very nice stay and would stay here again. There are some things, however, that would make the stay better for me (and possibly other travelers). A few things that could be improved are: - While there is a coffee machine and sugar, I could not find any milk in the 2 separate rooms I stayed in - As others have said in reviews, check-in is only available during a certain time which isn't crystal clear when making the booking. While they are happy to give you a key code to enter the building to retrieve your key, it would be nice to have a welcome email before your stay to tell you this information rather than searching through the reviews - There are bottles in the fridge, but there is no bottle opener - Some attention to detail in the room would make it much better - such as cleaning the air vents (they were very dusty), cleaning the rain shower head, and ensuring that floorboards aren't loose or uneven.

Grosse déception pour cet hôtel. Même si son manager a été compréhensif et a accepté de reporter la réservations plusieurs fois à cause de la situation sanitaire, cela n'a pas fait le poids face aux nombreuses approximations : - jamais personne à la réception - ménage non fait le premier jour (car Pâque juive, mais pour avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels, cela n'a jamais été une raison suffisante, d'autant plus que j'aurais a minima accepté d'en être informé au préalable) - petit-déjeuner très moyen (pour lequel il faut aller commander au comptoir et parfois attendre de nombreuses minutes) - ménage mal fait (plein de poussière sur les ampoules, les cadres...) - draps et taies d'oreillers troués, quelques tâches également Le fait d'utiliser la dénomination "Boutique" hotel n'exonère pas de respecter un minimum de service, de qualité et de propreté...

Hotel molto sporco e vecchio, in un soggiorno di 3 notti non abbiamo MAI trovato qualcuno alla reception. Sul sito dicono di offrire bici gratuite per gli ospiti. Una settimana prima dell’arrivo abbiamo chiesto conferma via email e ci avevano garantito il servizio bici ma al nostro arrivo non c’erano. Bagno e biancheria molto molto sporche. Addirittura abbiamo trovato l’acqua degli ospiti precedenti nel bollitore per il tè. 4 stelle neanche da lontano. La posizione è ottima.

Easy to check-in and out, location perfect and very nice host. Room with balcony but no time to sit there. Nice with coffe-bar at the entrance. If you are sensitive for noise it might impact you. We strongly recommend this place!
