Отель лучше чем на фото, удобно расположен - в центре, но в тихой части. Дойти спокойным шагом до обменников ресторанов можно в любое время, аптека ближайшая 300 метров, завтрак хороший, по просьбе персонал все исправит сделает поможет. Номера лучше чем на фото.

First impressions very good. Modern open space, friendly people. The floor corridor wide, clean, modern. The room nice and modern...so what is wrong? Well, the WiFi simply does not work...you can forget it. Then the air condition does not work...you need to open the window...but then you get the street noise. Breakfast is good but then they give you plastic cutlery...and coffee is a nescafe substitute, even tea is ”instant”... and the second day they did not replace the wet towels, we had run out of toilet paper and did not give us another one. So...a hotel that could have been really good...was frankly crap...go somewhere else!

非常好。非常好的工作人員。但遺憾的是這裏有一個變性人我討厭那些人。而且服務非常好。兩張牀一晚大概是8.35億託曼。酒店是3星級。和警察局在同一條街上。這就是爲什麼我感覺如此安全。巴扎爾和其他地方就在他們附近。

This is the fourth or fifth time that I have come to this hotel with my wife and now I am staying there for five days. It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends

在這旅館租住4晚，感覺很糟糕，房間老舊，窗簾是不能完全遮蓋光線，浴室企缸門不能合上，馬桶不能放廁紙，否則會淤塞，要換房間，幸好浴室毛巾是每天更換的。 我一早把衣服送往洗衣房清潔，但沒有即日送回，我需要致電前台詢問，他們告訴我已完成洗熨，表示可立刻送回我房間，但服務生只給我送了部分衣服，第二次送多一件上衣來，我要再告知還欠2件，才再送齊，總共要三次才完成。 早餐的食物種類很少，甚至粟米片也沒有。前台的服務生態度不友善，check out 時，她無故給我送了一叠伊朗幣，我告訴她我沒有給抵押金，她不知是否理解不到我說話，二話不說編印了收據給我，並送上信封讓我把錢收好，因為我在伊朗2星期內住了4間酒店，加上旅程疲累，實在搞不清自己是否給了押金又忘記，令我十分迷惘，臨行在即，也不知應在哪裡兌換金錢，那服務生還像嘲諷似的告訴我街外找換店已關門，我亦不是從伊瑪目霍梅尼機場到埗的，所以不知機場有無找換店，一直在往機場的車程中十分徬徨，突然司機收到電話，是酒店致電，表示他們出錯了，那叠錢不應交給我，要我交還，並給付洗衣費，這件事完全出錯了，服務生的工作態度嚴重差劣，令人憂心。假若我不是乘搭酒店安排的出租車，他們會做成酒店虧損，亦令客人不放心。

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . I recommend this hotel to every tourists

飯店的人都很友善和友善，我覺得這是一家非常好的飯店，還善意地接受了我突然提出的延長住宿的要求！ 在裡面的餐廳，你可以吃到 Ghormeh Sabzi、Geimeh、Morgue 和 Kebab，價格很便宜，100-150 Tomans。 地點夾在Targhani車站和Darvasedaurat車站兩個地鐵站之間，所以交通上並沒有感到不便。

第一天晚上到，電梯出來右側房子中央空調的熱風足，我住左側房子不出熱風，且沒有熱水洗澡。這個問題在第二天早上就好了。 早餐不豐富，但是這個酒店價格很便宜，有早餐已經不錯了。沒有麪包 衹有餅，餅還很硬很筋道，直接吃咬不動，最好吃的就是把伊朗早餐特色菜番茄炒雞蛋糊糊厚厚鋪在筋道的硬餅子上一層，餅子就變軟好咬了，也有滋有味了。

I travelled solo to Iran in May 2023 and it was my first time in this region. I arrived in Tehran in the early hours and when I arrive at Tehran Heritage Hostel, I was fatigued and flustered. I met Mr. Nima who was the staff on duty and he was very perceptive and offered me a towel to freshen up and to rest in the lounge area until the check in time at 2pm. Knowing that I was travelling solo, Mr. Nima was also very hospitable and offered to bring me on a city walkabout after his shift ended. It was refreshing, especially having a local explaining the city and culture of Tehran. Furthermore, the staff at the hostel are really helpful and provide non-biased advice e.g. currency exchange, booking of tickets, places of attractions. That said, the prices and the quality of the dorms and individual rooms are clean, and the toilets/showers have good water pressure. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you're in Tehran!

這是我有過的很棒的體驗。很溫馨,對老人也不錯,他們真的很在乎你,儘量做到像家一樣。太整潔了,早餐也不錯。如果想再去德黑蘭,我會一次又一次地選擇這個地方。位置很好,靠近地鐵站。我推薦你去那裏。
