第比利斯鄰近Metro Tbilisi的飯店

第一次旅行好像我不想再回到這家酒店了。我們來第比利斯慶祝我們3週年。不好的是,我們住的是2樓,真的是最糟糕的!空調不工作,我們一點也不覺得舒服,太熱了,尤其是當你要睡覺的時候,外面的景色就像我們鄰家的房子(你不會覺得你住在酒店)而且你一點也不會感到安全,因爲如果你打開門去感受冷和新鮮的空氣,似乎有人會上來,我試圖打開窗戶,這讓我感到驚訝,因爲它完全壞了!在接待處,他們不友好。不微笑。關於早餐,真的很普通。感謝服務員,我們一到那裏就一早給我們笑臉!入住期間爲我們收拾房間的管家會得到積分。我們喜歡的就是,酒店離雜貨店、餐廳、快餐等都很近。我們最喜歡在古達烏里滑雪場和喬治亞的一些旅遊景點度過一天。我希望再次回到這個國家,但我想不再去這家酒店。

It was a lunch time spend with my new colleague, staff and service was professionally presented. Food was amazingly tasty. Pumpkin soup and chicken wrap is highly recommended there👌 on top of that we had a beautiful chocolate fondue. Warm tasty and cozy environment feels there with young staff spirit around.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

We had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

We were here for three nights starting from 24 June and I thought the premium room we had was excellent - from the space to amenities and the sleep quality we enjoyed. The breakfast spread and variety was decent. We were initially hesitant to go with the hotel given its distance from the Liberty Square, but in hindsight it was a blessing in disguise. The roads leading to the hotel are not congested, there’s ample parking space around and decent food options within walking distance.

我預訂了“豪華大牀房”,第一天晚上我意識到我沒有睡在一張特大牀墊上,因爲牀中間不是平的。早上爲了懷疑,我刪除了牀墊蓋和牀單,我發現我的牀墊不是單人牀,而是兩張單人牀拼在一起。第二天早上,我禮貌地詢問接待處我的預訂是否是豪華大牀房,他們確認確實如此。當我給他們看一張兩張單人牀的照片證據時,答案是“哦,你感覺到了嗎?”當我問他們是否給了我一張雙人牀而不是特大牀時,答案是“哦,設計師爲了方便而製作了這樣的牀”。顯然,我沒有買接待給我的藉口,我深感失望。我感覺誤導也因爲當我在走廊散步時,我瞥見了我旁邊的房間-門是開着的,清潔女工在裏面。房間很多比我大(我的豪華房間是23平方米,但我懷疑),我非常肯定牀不是兩個牀墊拉在一起。除了我的故事,我同意 b)地毯上滿是污漬/髒,這對新酒店來說是不可接受的 c)接待對5星級酒店並不歡迎(如廣告所示) d)沒有預訂圖片所示的Smeg冰箱。我期待更好的待遇,如果我在酒店住了6晚!!! 2星早餐室工作人員的積極態度和方便的位置。下次在第比利斯更友好的地方!

我還在飯店的時候就寫了這篇評論。希爾頓飯店旗下的這間全新花園飯店讓我大吃一驚！從辦理入住的那一刻起，體驗就非常出色。我抵達後，Ana 和 Oto 就在辦理入住手續，他們高效、順利地辦理了入住手續，同時向我介紹了酒店和周邊的活動。兩人都非常親切溫暖！根據希爾頓鑽石會員的優惠，我被升級到了一個絕對很棒的房間，位於較高樓層，有一個與房間一樣大的陽台。從陽台上看山、河、舊城區的景色真是令人著迷！在我住宿期間，我經常遇到 Sophiya，她總是會檢查我的健康狀況，並不斷提供有用的旅行建議和提示！早餐種類有限，但很健康而且非常令人愉快。擁有更多的品種會是一個很好的接觸。不過，餐廳的食物展示和服務都非常好。最後，要特別感謝前台的瑪麗亞姆，她再次非常樂於助人且熱情，並向我進一步介紹了這家全新酒店。感謝瑪麗亞姆，感謝您的幫助，感謝您的出色表現並提供延遲退房！在我看來，這家花園酒店甚至比我住過的一些全方位服務的希爾頓酒店還要好！我印象非常深刻，肯定會再住在這裡！

It was my first time in Georgia, I was with several friends. My expectations were high because Ramada is a global brand with a good reputation, but what I received was much more than what I expected. The hotel is located in the old town, not far from the center. The city itself is very beautiful, but the service at the hotel left the greatest impression. I lived there for 4 days and during these four days I remember one person of the reception staff, Arthur. This guy is a real diamond and a true professional in his field. The attention with which he treated us and how he was ready to help at any moment of the day or night was very pleasant as a guest and just as a human being.He booked restaurants for us, answered taxis to any questions and had pleasant conversations on other topics that interested us. Regarding the level of English in Georgia, his English is at the highest level. In addition to excellent staff, the hotel will offer excellent spa service, breakfast, underground parking, etc. In conclusion, I will say that these holidays paid off. I will definitely come back again, Ramada, I hope you will become even better, although it will be difficult because you are already super.

Very central and close to all the sights. Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and great facilities. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Could not have done more to help us. One small issue was that we ate breakfast later (9:45, it finished at 11) and often some of the buffet foods were empty and not being replaced. The bread wasn’t fresh and the fruit had been out a while. Having said that, we mentioned this to one of the staff and they did make the effort the following day to provide more of the foods that were out earlier which meant a lot to us. Very good stay- would definitely recommend!

This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.
