The stay took on a negative vibe immediately upon arrival. It was the first property out of five during my stay in Tbilisi to not make the room available until check-in. Front desk staff was argumentative and borderline rude about where to place my bag while I waited in the bar for the room. I asked for the email address for ownership, and they gave me an info email address, which supposedly belonged to the general manager. Upon emailing that address, I immediately received the response with another generic email. Clearly the staff wanted to keep me from having contact with the ownership group. The room is small with a strange layout. Would not return and as somebody who stays 150 nights a year in different properties, I can tell you there are much better boutique hotels in Tbilisi.
