The hotel is good but the staff are very RUDE especially the ones who serve the breakfast. The drinking water policy is very bad.. The breakfast timings are very nonsensical and they try to take advantage of the language barrier. They change the bed sheets once in 3 days which is again nonsensical. Now coming to breakfast the timings are 8-11am and the staff who serve the breakfast are very RUDE as if we are surviving on their mercy. The don’t refill the items that gets over and when asked to refill NO FOOD.. ITS OVER that is the response we get. The bathroom Room#405 that I was using for shower the water was getting clogged and was like a pool and have to wait for sometime to clear and then start shower again. Overall not worth for the money they charged I would have been okay if they have behaved that way and got the deal for a cheaper price.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.

В Тбилиси многократно были , в отеле останавливаемся второй раз и приедем ещё . Понравилось. Очень приятный отель , с хорошим местоположением (тихий центр ) , вкусные завтраки , очень чисто и комфортно, внимательный персонал. рекомендую!

Этот отель - отдельно стоящее современное здание в парке недалеко от серных бань. Здание необычное и привлекает уже даже своим внешним видом! Когда заходишь внутрь то оказываешься среди национальных костюмов! У отеля 4 этажа и панорамный лифт. Номера небольшие, но очень уютные. У меня был номер на 4 этаже с небольшим балконом и видом на церковь св. Николая. В номере было все необходимое. В ванной комнате был полный набор косметических и гигиенических принадлежностей. Очень хорошие завтраки. Но отдельная тема - это персонал!!!! У меня была срочная ситуация и отель я бронировала ночью накануне приезда. Причём мне нужен был ранний заезд, скажем так ночной даже) забронировала номер, позвонила туда и предупредила. Мне все подтвердили и когда ночью я приехала меня уже ждали, номер был готов и ключ я получила за минуту и благополучно отправилась спать!!! Поэтому всему персоналу хочу сказать огромное спасибо за приём!!!! Обязательно вернусь в этот отель!!!!

Отель очень стильный. И внутри и снаружи красиво и чисто. Номер просторный с видом на город. Но больше всего хочется отметить работу сотрудников! Одни из самых гостеприимных, если не самые, за время нашего путешествия. Помогли с оплатой такси, повысили категорию номера, все очень доброжелательные и готовы во всем помочь, чувствуешь себя как дома. Большое спасибо! Вернулись бы ещё раз с удовольствием.

Прекрасный отель с красивой террасой в парке. Сервис прекрасный. Завтраки домашние. Тихое очень место, хотя к баням и шумному старому городу пешком 10 минут. Стильные номера, удобная кровать. Рекомендую всем.

Die Lobby ist sehr schön. Die Deko und alles stimmt. Da die Lobby recht dunkel ist, muss man schon aufpassn wo man hintritt. Alles ist abgedunkelt. Als wir ankamen, es war bereits nach 15:00 Uhr. Unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Das sollte aber bereits um 14:00 Uhr der Fall sein. Sonst war das Zimmer so weit Ok bis auf fehlende Kleiderbügel. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße, aber da in es in dieser Gegend sehr ruhig ist, war das kein Problem. Zum Bäderviertel ist man 10 - 20 Minuten gelaufen, da es ständig berauf und bergab geht. Leider konnte ich wegen des Frühstücksbuffet nur 2 Punkte geben. Es war wohl alles vorhanden, aber wie in Zeiten vor Corona gab es keine Hygienemaßnahme. Man wurde weder bedient noch war Plexiglas oder ein Spuckschutzvorhanden. Das war sehr fremd für uns. Wo waren da die Corona Regel? Von Hygiene keine Spur. Gerne hätte ich das Hotel besser bewertet. Die Angestellten waren sehr unlustig bei der Arbeit.

Très bel hôtel à 10 minutes de marche de la place Meidan. Situé dans un petit parc à l'écart du bruit de la vieille ville, cet hôtel offre un environnement agréable et un accueil personnalisé. Belles chambres et bon petit déjeuner.

Hotel location is 5/5 Ambience is 5/5 Interior is 5/5 Cleanliness is 5/5 Breakfast is 5/5 Service is EXCEPTIONAL especially Diane and Diana and the other guy from the reception team. They are very helpful with their guest. Highly recommend 👌👌👌👌
