Отель очень удачно расположен, в шаговой доступности все основные достопримечательности. Совсем рядом и обменник с хорошим курсом и магазины, даже мини-рынок. Но особого сервиса нет, встречают почти молча, не поинтересуются даже особо все ли нормально. Стены грязноватые, но постель чистая и полотенца. Завтраки скудные, никакого шампанского на завтрак нет, как писали. Каши нет. Ну за эти деньги вариант неплохой

The hotel is good but the staff are very RUDE especially the ones who serve the breakfast. The drinking water policy is very bad.. The breakfast timings are very nonsensical and they try to take advantage of the language barrier. They change the bed sheets once in 3 days which is again nonsensical. Now coming to breakfast the timings are 8-11am and the staff who serve the breakfast are very RUDE as if we are surviving on their mercy. The don’t refill the items that gets over and when asked to refill NO FOOD.. ITS OVER that is the response we get. The bathroom Room#405 that I was using for shower the water was getting clogged and was like a pool and have to wait for sometime to clear and then start shower again. Overall not worth for the money they charged I would have been okay if they have behaved that way and got the deal for a cheaper price.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.

Das Hotel ist stilvoll (Design ist Geschmackssache und nicht immer praktisch), sauber (außer den Fensterscheiben) und freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ansehnlich hergerichtet und schmackhaft. Günstig ist vor allem die Lage, zu Fuß innerhalb 20 Minuten zu den Bädern, oder von der nahegelegenen Bushaltestelle ins Stadtzentrum, Supermarkt und ATM in der Nähe. Nimmt man ein Zimmer zum Park hin (Superior empfehlenswert), hört man ein gleichmäßiges Rauschen von der Hauptstraße am Fluß, welches sich mit dem Rauschen der Pinien verbindet und kaum stört.

We stayed at this hotel several times during a tour of Georgia and Armenia and it was lovely. The lobby and rooms are decorated with Georgian folk costumes, a really unusual touch that works very well. We stayed in 3 different rooms, my favourite was on the 4th floor as it offered a great view over Tbilisi. All 3 rooms were well equipped with everything you would need and were very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful, they sorted out our confusion over the television and our transfer to the airport easily and quickly. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of savoury and sweet items and offered an opportunity to try some Georgian staples (Georgian food is very good). The location is excellent, it was a short walk to the sulfur baths and Vakhtang Georgaseli square and we were even able to walk up to the Botanic Gardens from the hotel - the hill wasn't as steep as I had expected. In addition, there's a park just behind the hotel, although it was a bit cold when we were there in April it looked like the hotel terrace that bordered the park would be a great place to have breakfast when it was warmer. Overall we had an excellent stay here and I would recommend this hotel it you are visiting Tbilisi, which is a lovely city.

Folk Boutique Hotel is a true gem in the center of Tbilisi. Perfectly located near the police department and overlooking a lovely park, it offers a peaceful yet central spot. The hotel features a cozy design, clean rooms, and a charming outdoor smoking area. The breakfast is a highlight, with a delicious spread and free champagne to start your day right. The staff are incredibly friendly, and Manager Serghi stands out with his professionalism and attentiveness. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Номер маленький настолько, что негде развернуть чемодан... Некуда впихнуть даже стул для одежды. Ковролин весь в пятнах, стены пошарканы. ТВ один грузинский канал и всё. Прикрепляю фото вилки светильника, это не всё, половина выключателей банально отходит. Паутина с пауками плотной завесой. Шторы не хватает на всё окно. Ванная комната нормального размера. Но в раковине вырван клапан.. Ну и куча всяких мелочей, на которые уже не обращаешь внимания. Причем здесь роскошый...???

Отдыхали в этом отеле 3 дня. Для короткого пребывания вполне подойдет. Номера небольшие. Все необходимое есть. Нормальные завтраки. Хорошее расположение отеля. До центра Тбилиси минут 15-20 неспешным шагом. Но! На третий день пребывания в отеле не было воды. Воду отключили утром, включили вечером. На следующий день мы должны были выезжать утром и попросили дать с собой ранний завтрак. Нам сказали, что так как не было воды, завтрак не дадут… Попросили связаться с главным менеджером, ответили, что в выходные не беспокоят😀Не знаю, зачем вода, чтоб положить в пакет яблоко, кексик и бутылку воды. Это всегда есть в отеле. И мыть не надо. Просто не было желания собрать завтрак. Поэтому, хочется пожелать персоналу помнить, что они работают в сервисе! Брать трубки в выходные и проявлять фантазию про просьбе гостей! Тогда никакое отсутствие воды не скажется на впечатление об отеле!

При выезде потребовали оплату, хотя заранее оплачивали через Букинг. Причем при заезде проверяли оплату и сказали все ок. Сотрудница пыталась убедить в том, что оплата на букинге это ничего не значит и нужно оплачивать. В итоге через полчаса оплату нашли, но настроение испорчено. Хоть бы извинились за свою ошибку.

В Тбилиси многократно были , в отеле останавливаемся второй раз и приедем ещё . Понравилось. Очень приятный отель , с хорошим местоположением (тихий центр ) , вкусные завтраки , очень чисто и комфортно, внимательный персонал. рекомендую!

The elevator is not helpful. We stayed on the third floor. We had to drag our luggage down a flight of steps to get to the elevator, take the elevator up another floor, and then take our luggage up another floor again. What is the purpose? Also, there was no one to serve at the bar area even though it is supposed to be open during normal business hours. We had no internet while there. There were no employees to help with luggage. The room was very small for two people. We had no space for luggage. While we had a balcony, it was so small, two people couldn’t possibly enjoy it. Very disappointed.

Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time, hope so...), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay at this very nice hotel, and we highly recommend it! The hotel has a very beautiful garden. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. Ten out of ten for this wonderful experience! We are very happy that we chose this hotel for our trip to Tbilisi. Will definitely recommend it to friends.
