塔瓦斯海灣旅館(Bay Inn)

If you are not going to have daily room service available it would have been nice to know on day one. I was told it was in the agreement when checking in but was not informed until 3 days later there a sign on the front desk of no service and come to the front desk for necessities.

I CANNOT TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPEIENCE AT BAY INN IN EAST TAWAS BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION PRIOR TO THE CUT OFF DATE. YOU HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RESPOND TO MY INQURES AS TO WHY YOU TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

Chambre très propre et confortable. La dame de la réception à notre arrivée était très professionnelle et amicale. Manque un peu de variété au déjeuner mais il y a quand même le nécessaire.

Traveling with two dogs. Room had no carpet, yeah! Extremely clean. Not a space of dust or dirt. Plowed area for pups. Check in was pleasant. Older hotel but rooms updated with flooring, desk, table, microwave, and fridge. Very comfortable and spacious for the price.

They have heated floors in their rooms, which is something that most motels dont have. I most definitely will be coming back

All was fine, room was clean,staff friendly. Fruit options for breakfast would be nice.

We stayed one night at the tawas beach resort and we were not happy. spent the last 2 nights here and it was cheaper and the place was not bad. we would come back

The room was nice, pool was nice. The breakfast was not what I expected, very skimpy. When I made the reservation, I had no idea there was no elevator. And I was on the 2nd floor, so I had some difficulty going up and down the stair, using a cane. The guy at the front desk said nope don't have a first floor room I can give you a refund. Very rudely. When I checked in he was not people friendly at all. No eye contact, no hello, nothing.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I felt comfortable and safe traveling alone. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I needed a couple things and you provided them easily. Thank you
