We booked two adjoining suites months in advance, each with a crib, as my sister and I were traveling with our families. We wanted to ability to hang out together while the babies were sleeping. My sister arrived and checked in only to be told that they didn't have any adjoining rooms left. We absolutely would have stayed elsewhere had we known. Since there was a crib in there room, they didn't think to look in our room, so we didn't find out until late at night that there was no crib in the room. It took them over 30 minutes to bring one while my toddler was up waiting and getting upset. The hotel is fine, but if you want what you booked specifically, it's not worth the trouble. Also, the bathrooms are very tiny and awkward, so it's hard to shut the door while getting to/from the toilet.

I reserved a King room with a sofa. Upon arrival at 5pm I was given two double beds. The desk clerk refused to make the change. The room smelled like mildew and was very musty. On the morning of checkout, I received an automatic receipt that stated check out time was 1pm. At 11:30am, the front desk started calling. At 11:41am, a manager came by and asked why I had yet to vacate the room at 11am. When I explained that I was leaving before noon, but my understanding was that check-out was later, she insisted that I was in the wrong. Overall, service by the staff at check-in and check-out ruined this experience and I will be staying at a different hotel when I visit the area again in the near future.

We had a really pleasant stay here. Our room was showing its age a little, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel had more amenities than I was expecting for a chain. My favorite thing about it was how quiet it was - the building is set back from the road, so there was no street noise, and we had some good, restful nights of sleep while we were there.

Check in was quick. Super friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. Easy parking. Mini market with essentials, snacks, beer and wine was a great asset. Checkout was easy—just leave.

There was a lot of hallway noise and sounds from the adjoining room. The shower made a constant squealing noise while it ran and the water pressure disappeared and came back every thirty seconds or so.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Very nice staff.

Located in a quiet seemingly secluded setting, this hotel is actually close (short driving distance) to everything.

We attended a funeral that required easy access to New City and Hawthorne. We arrived from Montreal. The hotel has recently been renovated so it was fresh and modern on the inside. Clean like home and quiet. Also, lots of restaurants on Main St about a 10 minute drive. Only drawback was where the elevators are located. A long trek to and from our room to get to the ice machine and lobby. Not a big deal. We’d stay there again.
