But, all other aspects of hotel was disaster. To read reviews of hotel in advance, we would not decide to choose this hotel for this life celebration. Negative points: very bad dinner service at restaurant – totally mess of serving food, extremely long time to get meals (2,5 hours), average food quality, but the worst experience was with an approach and behaviour of hotel manager – totally unfriendly, unpleasant, arrogant, exactly opposite to pro-customer approach, which expect in any hotel with less stars! We decided to organize our anniversary celebration in this hotel with our friends. We travelled to hotel in advance to agree personally organisation and conditions of our stay and celebration. That was first and last good experience with staff of hotel, especially managers. After arrival, any agreement was valid from hotel manager! Firstly, agreement was to stay longer at restaurant for drink. At 11 pm, they stayed arround us to show us that we are not welcome there any more. Any willingness... At arrival, any promised welcome drink. When we asked about this drink, receptionist said – they did not offer us because we did not asked for it! Dinner from 3 meals and 3 courses menu took arround extremely 2,5 hours (despite we have small children to sleep early), some guests even did not get main meal or cake. There was a huge chaos and mess, waiters did not understand english. We asked for fork, we got pork meal. We asked for coffee and cake, waiter arrived with bottle of wine. They served a wine totally dissorganized, and at departure they asked a huge bill – no control about wine consumption. And when we noticed kindly about long time for dinner serving, hotel manager asked arrogantly: „You have a time!“ No excuse, no willingness to make a correction. Next day, same dinner dissaster! This very long time for serving was not a matter of number of waiters (enough for such restaurant), it is a matter of manager skills and organising them! It was a total fail of hotel and restaurant manager. We made a celebration at event hall, which is dedicated for such event. We agreed with manager to stay there as long as we want. It was very hot and stuffy, no windows, no air condition on. We asked a staff to switch on ventilation – we needed to ask triple when finally they switched on. Celebration was not loud, talks, sometimes playing a violin and dance of folklore group for 15 mins. 遺憾的是早餐一般,主要原因分析是客房有限,住客並不多。環境不錯,說是城堡有點假,應該叫酒庄酒店,因為酒店後面就是葡萄酒生產車間。
