瓊的傳統民宿(B&B Joan's Heritage)

The lady received us was very rude. She didn't explain clearly in advance and urge us to follow her instruction impolitely. Look at the dialogue between her and me. What she said was totally terrible and unacceptable. Regarding the room: 1. The aisle of our room is shared with another room, which is not illustrated in the introduction. 2. Our room is beside the canteen, which means every guest can pass through the door of ur room. 3. The toilet separates the room, which means if u want to go to toilet, u need to pass through the public aisle. If u care about privacy, I don't recommend this hostel.

The room is gorgeous. It’s exactly what I wanted. A beautiful room with windows overlooking the main street and people watching. Very comfortable bed.

Die Unterkunft liegt innerhalb der Stadttore in der schönen Altstadt Taorminas. Der Checkin war einfach möglich per Self-checkin. Unser Zimmer gefiel uns sehr gut. Da gabs nichts zu beanstanden. Der kleine Balkon raus zur Fußgängerzone gefiel uns ebenfalls. Es ist natürlich ziemlich laut und Ohrstöpsel sind nachts vermutlich immer erforderlich. Man parkt am besten im Parkhaus Lumbi. Von dort fährt ein Shuttle kostenlos in die Nähe der Unterkunft. Man kann aber auch super einfach über ein paar Treppen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Aktuell zahlt man da für 24 Stunden 20 Euro mit PKW. In der Hochsaison kostet es mehr. Ich schwanke zwischen 4 und 5 Punkten.

Posizione centrale vicino a Porta Messina: è il vantaggio ma anche lo svantaggio di questo B& B. Dipende tutto dalle vostre esigenze: essere in centro significa godersi il terrazzino che affaccia sulla via principale, avere a due passi le piazze meravigliose di Taormina e anche piazza San Pancrazio, dove partono taxi, bus navette. Poco distante, 10 minuti a piedi, in via Pirandello c'è anche il teatro greco. E poco distante anche la partenza per la funicolare che vi porta su e giù dal mare (Isolabella ad es). Attenzione però: Taormina è sinonimo di movida, quindi se andate a letto presto, mettete in conto che sentirete il vociare delle persone. Per la colazione confermo: ottima e con Lili che vi accoglie in una stanza luminosa e ben preparata. Il Check in si può fare anche al telefono. Attenzione: chi ha l'auto dovrà lasciarla al parcheggio Lumbi (pagandolo) e poi salire con bus navetta gratuito. Suggerimento alla proprietà: mettere tenda oscurante alla Camera Cleopatra e inserire sul sito l'informazione essenziale sul parcheggio. Un grazie comunque per questo soggiorno invernale di 3 giorni: grazie alla vs struttura ho potuto stare nel cuore di Taormina.

Centralissima, a porta Messina. Vista sulla porta e sul corso. Stanza bellissima, molto pulita, accogliente. Personale troppo simpatico. Colazione super preparata al momento con dolce e salato. Consigliato. Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie

An excellent B&B in the perfect location, just at the start of the Main Street in Taormina. The room was lovely, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was an excellent selection of pastries, meats, cheese, fruit, bread, yogurt, cakes - fantastic value. The staff were all so helpful and kind during our stay. Maria (I think) at breakfast was a star. We would happily stay again when we come back.

We stopped at Joan's Heritage whilst on an overnight trip to Taormina. We had a corner room that was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast and breakfast room was amazing. Would definitely recommend! Having got engaged during our stay in Taormina, we look forward to returning in the near future!

Communication with the hotel was difficult. When we arrived the front door was locked. After ringing several times we were allowed to enter the B&B. Again there was no one to greet us upon climbing the stairs.

Abbiamo parcheggiato a porta Messina 14 euro per24 ore (pancrazio parcheggio) pochi passi in salita e siamo arrivati nel bb che si trova subito dopo la stessa porta, ci sono rampe di scale all’interno del palazzo per accedere alle camere , accoglienza di Sonia molto famigliare , purtroppo scopriamo che la nostra camera ha il bagno privato ma esterno alla camera , fastidioso ma per una notte non facciamo polemiche , la camera assegnataci è decisamente piccola ma con letto comodissimo !! Visitiamo la città è la mattina seguente ci aspetta una super colazione con prodotti freschi , frutta ,dolci ,salato .Sonia perfetta gestore del bb . A presto Sicilia !!
