L hotel e schifoso come il cibo, inoltre nelle coperte abbiamo trovato dell' urina e tanta polvere perciò nn le cambiano mai e per di più ci dobbiamo asciugare con le tovaglie sporche pk nn le cambiano. Una stella e neanche è questo posto

飯店位於陶爾米納歷史中心門戶 200m 的斜坡上，毗鄰停車場和通往海灘的纜車。值得推薦的餐廳有美味的食物和壯麗的景色。房間很大，早餐很一般，選擇不多。如果您行動不便，該酒店不適合您，因為攀登需要付出一些努力和注意力。

Ottima esperienza, pulizia e servizio al top, ma la cosa migliore è sicuramente la posizione dell'hotel, a 2 minuti dal corso principale, i servizi di cui dispone l'hotel sono ben gestiti e il personale molto competente!

We have just returned from a lovely week in Taormina. We had an amazing stay in Taormina Palace hotel. All the reception staff were extremely friendly and polite and always ready to help. Our room was very nice and comfortable with sea view. We woke up every morning to view the sunrise directly from our bed. The restaurant on the top floor was just the most relaxing place to eat the hotel’s incredible dishes and enjoy the panoramic views. The restaurant staff were so friendly. Breakfast was really delicious. Anita looked after us really well and made sure every morning we had a selection of her delicious homemade cakes to enjoy. However there were a few issues with our room at the start of our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly ( we walked into a very warm room), we couldn’t open the safe in our room, the ceiling light was flickering and the bathroom had a very strong smell of drains. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive and they sorted all the problems by the end of the second day but we would have preferred not to have to deal with any issues at all. These matters should have been picked up before our arrival. Also, it would have been lovely to have a complimentary bottle of water in our room on our arrival. Little things like that make all the difference after a long day of travelling. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back or to recommend to others but because of the issues I have listed above we are not able to give it 5 stars.

Appena entrata in stanza ho avvertito un cattivo odore, apparentemente la stanza sembrava pulita, ma nel bagno ho trovato dei capelli attaccati alla parete della doccia. Ho chiesto alla reception di avere pulito almeno la doccia ma mi è stato riferito che non era possibile perché non era presente al momento nessuno che potesse farlo, si sono scusati ma hanno anche insinuato che i capelli potevano essere i miei considerato che avevo usato la doccia. Ma non finisce qua anche nel letto ho travato dei capelli tra le lenzuola e la mattina seguente a colazione altro capello dentro un cornetto. Forse sarò stata sfortunata ma tutto ciò non può accadere in un hotel a 4 stelle.

A renovated clean hotel with nice sea view. Great location, very conveniently located close (walking distance) to the key highlights of Taormina, shops and the upper entrance of the cable car. Staff was attentive and friendly willing to share information and highlights about the area. Whenever we asked for assistance it was happily provided. The room we got was spacious and comfortable. There is a public parking adjacent to the hotel but if you want a private one to guarantee a spot, the hotel can easily arrange. Even though the breakfast is basic, its tasty. Would have preferred a bathroom with a natural ventilation but that did not affect our stay at all.

A modern clean hotel with a great view! Great location to all the places of interest, shops and restaurants . Loved that the property contacted me by WhatsApp before the stay to ensure checking in was smooth. Although there was a reception, they were available on WhatsApp too to ask questions book restaurants etc. Communication was excellent! We hired a car and drove from Catania and there is a car park right next door.
