伊克諾旅館(Econo Lodge Busch Gardens)

room with a strong musty smell , and noise from outside all night , great location but the hotel could be better , they promise breakfast but they do not have it

It was ok just loud in parking lot and hallways so it made it kinda hard to sleep but it was clean surprisingly

聞到黴味不是很好。浴室很大。

Filthy, mold, feces, cigarette burns on the floor and bedding. The celling was falling off the smell of human waste was the worse. We walked in and out. I still don't know how could this place be up to code. It should be close down. It gets better when I requested a refund because will not going to stay in such a filthy place. The front desk clerk said ok no problem. About a week later I received a email from the horror hotel stating I was not receiving a refund because they have strict policies concerning cancelations, I had to laugh. I contacted my credit card company and when they saw the pictures of the room I received a permanent credit. Please stay away from this unhealthy, disgusting horror hotel.

Me siento estafado, el hotel mas horripilante, sucio, las camas sucias llenas de acaros, paredes sucias, se ve que nunca lo asean olia feo, los baños desagradables y sucios,las sabanas estaban sucias con fluidos, asjunto estan las cotos quiero un refund !!

Propiedad en muy malas condiciones, las habitaciones viejas con cucarachas y mal oliente, las áreas de estacionar los vehículos sin ningún tipo de seguridad, las alfombras de los pasillos rotas y sucias. Que debo hacer para que no me carguen el dinero a mi tarjeta

El área era no fumador y el olor estaba por todo el hotel, poca iluminación en la habitación, uso de drogas en los alrededores. En fin no lo recomiendo.😥😥

Terrible hotel, awful area. Felt incredibly unsafe. Hotel was dirty and smelled of *****. Walked in and then immediately back out.

I rarely comment and even rarer leave a negative comment. I had chosen this hotel as it was close to Bush Gardens knowing it was a simple hotel but hoping it was clean. But what I found was rundown dirty hotel and an unacceptable room. The door had marks from breaking in, paint was pealing from walls, particularly in the bathroom, the carpet had a musty smell, there was white power under the AC, the windows had probably not been cleaned since months, the dresser was in a state of disrepair with falling front plates, microwave and fridge were dented and probably not been cleaned in a long time, the curtain had stains etc. The only good thing I could say about this place was that the front desk clerk was friendly.
