不知道是因為一樓，還是佛羅里達太潮濕，反正一進門有一股黴味。房間挺大，設施有點舊。前台相對其他酒店來説，有點冷漠的感覺。早餐都差不多，經典美式。住了兩晚上，是來美國以來睡得最不好的。周圍也不吵，就是房間感覺不是很舒適。有個游泳池，沒去用過。不知道4.7分是怎麼來的。

酒店挺好的，適合商務出行以及家庭出遊

不錯的飯店。不錯的位置！位於完美的位置......附近的頂級高爾夫、iFly、保齡球和餐廳！！！！

Wir fühlen uns vera....t: wir haben lange im voraus gebucht und erhielten ein Zimmer, welches ca. 1m hinter der Fensterscheibe eine massive Wand vom Eingangsportal hat, also Aussicht gleich Null. Wir haben es zu spät bemerkt, waren müde, hatten bereits ausgepackt und keine Lust auf Umzug. Das Haus ist u.E. sehr hellhörig: Türen schliessen, TV, Hundegebell und Kinderweinen in den Zimmern, Klospülung und Duschgeräusche... das volle Programm.

I really appreciate the staff accommodating our family for an extra hour of rest. Major problem with this hotel is the hot water. I felt like i was taking a cold shower and it bothered my husband much more. We had two other rooms and it was the same issue. If that was fixed, we would come back.

Demasiado costoso para lo que ofrece, habitación muy pequeña y mal distribuida, camas dobles que parecen sencillas, desayuno no es bueno, hay mejores opciones disponibles en Tampa y a un menor precio

Room was big and clean. My only issue was the hair dryer was dirty. It had some kind of sticky film on it. Might need to check those if your staying for an extended time. Was only there one night so didn’t address it with the staff. Overall a nice, clean hotel.

There was a silverfish in the bathtub but overall clean room and breakfast was ok. Waffles were soggy but the front desk guy that checked us in at night was efficient and helpful. Buffet attendant was good too.

Everything was great, as described and met our expectations. Great for families, the breakfast was excellent has many options. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

One big problem is the elevators. On one ride to floor 6, the door wouldn't open. Had to push the open button to get out. On another occasion, said elevator got to floor 6, doors didn't open, and it went back to floor 4 for someone waiting there. Might need some looking into. Bed was huge and comfortable. TV volume was terrible. Had to turn it up to 70 just to hear it at normal sound and that was still low. Plenty of parking tho not secured in the back. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Very close (driving) to mall, Target, and eateries.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel is a bit dated with worn carpets, etc.

Will come back to stay again.Carpeting in room did not feel the cleanest.Friendly front staff.

Rooms were dated and in need of an upgrade, we rented three rooms in total and the room my wife and I were in had ants in it and we had no idea where they were coming from
