坦帕西岸萬豪飯店(Marriott Tampa Westshore)

I chose this Marriott because of the indoor/outdoor pool area! Perfect because it was pouring rain when I arrived and I really wanted to go swimming. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was convenient and the driver was funny and talkative. I got the business concierge balcony room. Big tv and nice balcony. Used the concierge lounge for breakfast. It was convenient and the food was decent. The on-site restaurant was a little expensive and the food was just OK but the cocktails were great!My stay was perfect for a pre-cruise night. 

HVAC system is very old. There is no central heating. It should be introduced immediately because currently there is cold weather in the Tampa a few months. The first floor BF restaurant had unbearable cold even the staffs were shaking. I asked them about the cold they informed me with frastration that they informed the authorities but nothing happened I had to take the BF boxed in the room. The authorities should do something for this. I found a very limited rooms are occupied. This is not expected for Marriott.

When we arrived at the location, the water was turned off because they were working on some type of maintenance and we spent the entire afternoon waiting for the water to come on so that we could take a shower and go out to dinner with friends last night we ended up going to dinner without showering. It was a terrible experience not only that the air-conditioning was also off because it had something to do with the water leak Horrible experience

Leider war unser Aufenthalt geprägt durch eine erhebliche Störung der Nachtruhe in 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten. Dass wir das Hotel trotzdem gut bewerten, liegt an dem hervorragenden und zuvorkommenden Verhalten des Personals vor Ort, die ins jederzeit unterstützt haben und für die verschiedenen Vorfälle Lösungen gefunden haben. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die sehr schöne Poolanlage und die Hotelbar, wo wir sehr gut bedient wurden.

In general customer service was really poor, no food service in the pool area, when i requested it, they came with attitude brought my food wrong with no apology, then i payed and they got my change wrong. There was No greetings when i came, only one person in all of the hotel came and talked to me, and was the Diana Gonzales (towel service).

El area es perfecta. A 30 minitos de clearwater area de la playa ..! Dos mall a menos de 5 minutos restaurantes y el hotel muy bien muy seguro muy limpió

It was as usual with other Marriott property. The dinning room was not as expected. Low in staff and not the best service. We had dinner on a Saturday night around 8:00 PM. The bartender was serving tables as well as taking care of the bar customers.

At first they put me in a room that was a conjoined connecting room and I wasn’t aware of that beforehand but the front desk assisted me and listened to me when I said I didn’t feel safe and would like a different room. They made quick arrangements for me.
