坦帕西岸機場萬豪SpringHill飯店(SpringHill Suites Tampa Westshore Airport)

1 elevator did not work for entire stay. Name plate selling error in lobby: exercise was spelled "excercise". Our room had no desk when all pics on website show desks in toom. Because we had a sofa desk, I'm assuming the desks are removed. The main floor bathrooms are locked when pool is locked. Receptionist said it was somehow due to location with pool, but pool door is locked. Lastly, there is no 24 hour lobby coffee. I wake at 4 am and since no desk in room I default to lobby. Food aarendant show betwine 5 and 5:15. There were 3 desk people at 4 am, every day.

An hour after checking in, came out of the bathroom to see somebody in dark hoodie looking into my room through the sliding glass door, called the front desk and they called the police. Front desk was great, Police came to escort me out of the room, and I went to another Marriott. The area did not feel safe at all. Police came back again for another incident while I was waiting for my Uber to the other Marriott.

John at the front desk was the best from start to finish, when i first call the hotel to see if they offered free parking, john started telling me about things to do and the best beaches to go to,when we go there his Customer service was still on point he recommended restaurants which we try and they were the best. A stellar employee

The lady who checked us in was super helpful and let my whole family check in before check-in time which was helpful since we were exhausted from our cruise

Stayed two nights. Housekeeping didn’t show up the next day. Had to get towels and wash clothes the laundry. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to mall was a plus.

We had a great stay here! Front desk staff were very kind and accommodating and had amazing food suggestions for the area. Our rooms were cozy and the amenities such as the pool and hot tub were great! I loved the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport ! The only think I would say that needs fixing is the breakfast. I think they could make breakfast much better

Läget ok, städning varannan dag! Framgick inte när vi bokade. Frukost kunde varit bättre. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Staff was super friendly. They accommodated me when i returned back from a cruise and had a 9 hour wait. The allowed me to come back to the hotel to hang out in the lobby and hold my luggage. I'd DEFINITELY stay here again.
