During our 2-night, 3-day stay at your property, I must say the location was truly awesome, and the views from the place were absolutely breathtaking. The main reason we chose this property for our holiday was because of the uninterrupted and stunning view of the ocean. The services provided were decent, with an average rating and quality. The pool, lawn, and amphitheater were all picture-perfect in terms of cleanliness. However, I must admit that other areas, such as the rooms, dining hall, and reception area, were just touching average in terms of cleanliness. One aspect that fell short of expectations was the food. It wasn't something that would make us come back or leave a lasting impression. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the mesmerizing ocean view. One issue we encountered during our stay was that the room phone wasn't working, and we had to rely on our personal phones to communicate for every service required. Also, the connectivity or network coverage, except for Jio, was practically non-existent at the property. While the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, it was disappointingly slow. Speaking of amenities, we received only basic essentials in the room. There were 2 bath towels, 2 mini bath soap packets, 2 Sunsilk shampoo sachets, and 2 packaged water bottles, which felt a bit limited. Furthermore, the bathtub in our room didn't seem to be well-maintained, as we struggled to close the lid to stop the water from draining. Overall, the stay was pleasant due to the stunning ocean view, but there were areas that could use improvement, such as the cleanliness in various parts of the property, the food quality, and the amenities provided in the room. Addressing these issues would make the experience even more enjoyable for future travelers.
