Прекрасный новый отель, просторный номер. Красивая зона с бассейном, вкусные завтраки (и в целом еда в ресторане), спортзал небольшой но много новых хороших тренажеров. Рядом пляж с черепахами, несколько хороших ресторанов и баров, удобно добираться до Галле.

We booked for a couple of days at the Radisson collection resort Galle to celebrate our anniversary. There was water leaking from ceiling near hob and electric lines. This is a major health and safety matter. Cleaners noticed and also did not inform. We had to put towel around inorder to stop water flowing on to floor. Secondly, I booked for full ocean view but I was given a room with partial sea view. As the staff already decorated one room for anniversary I could see the effort but I was disappointing that full view of the sea was not the case and I had paid money. Staff who allocated that room should have considered giving a room with full view and then decorate. I have asked for refund and to charge me for partial sea view but the supervisor still did not get back. I have his text message. Also we were deducted for breakfast (small amont) but I didn't want that as compensation I wanted deduction on room. I was not sure what the deduction was for? The aspect of heath and safety or room? I have two boys and was very worried. we stayed in the room on edge. We did not feel safe and by the time we had realised the leak it was very late at night to even ask for room change. I'm still awaiting a response from the supervisor (Gothami). Very unprofessional not to reply.
