Хороший отель на берегу отеля. Из плюсов: вежливые сотрудники, приветственный напиток при заселении, отсутствие насекомых, гекконов на территории; очень сильный кондиционер в номере. Из минусов: постоянные перебои с Wi-Fi, невозможно посмотреть фильм; несколько раз наш номер просто не убирали, ежедневно приходилось ходить на ресепшен и просить об уборке; налог практически в 30% в баре и ресторане; горячая вода в душе идет с перебоями.

I was forced to stay in the property for two nights, even though I did not like the hotel and wanted to leave after one day. I tried calling everyone on trip and tried to convince the hotel people but no one was refunding the money and this itwas a terrible experience.

Very nice quality of hotel. Most staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially restaurant staff and a very helpful guy called Malindu. Other staff, like house keeping, need further training and should aim to provide better service for a hotel of this quality.

On a bien aimé cet hôtel! L’équipe est très gentille, le service est parfait. On a fait connaissance avec Lakmal, il nous a beaucoup aidé en expliquant avec patience ce que on peut voir, comment fonctionne le transport et de chose intéressant! Il faut dire quelques mots à propos du petit déjeuner- il est somptueux et bon, il y a assez grand choix. Personnellement, on a bien aimé le petit déjeuner de Sri Lanka, tout d’abord il semble très spacieux, mais après tu te sens très bien assimilé à ce lieu. En plus, hôtel est pure, les chambres sont spacieux et bien équipées, les hommes de ménage font le ménage 2 fois par jour. L’ambiance dedans est tranquille, béni, paisible. C’est vraiment le lieu où tu peux être sur de bien te relaxer!

Very disappointed in the breakfast. Normally buffet breakfast 6000 rps, out of season choices are a la carte. The problem is the alacarte menu is over priced for the same portion as buffet. Avo toast 1 slice 2700 rps plus 30% taxes. You can have as many avo toast as you like for 6000 with the buffet menu. Not good. Avoid this hotel it is very very overpriced.

We stayed at Radisson Collection, Galle on June 7th and 8th 2025, and honestly, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable getaways we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just perfect, super chill, classy, and welcoming. A huge shoutout to *Vinya* at the reception, she was an absolute sweetheart! So friendly, and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Everything was smooth and easy thanks to her. The rooms we stayed in – 251 and 252 – were gorgeous. Super clean, fresh, and comfy. You can really tell the staff takes hygiene seriously here. Big thanks to *Irosha*, the Executive Housekeeper, for keeping everything spotless. Every little detail was taken care of, and it made such a difference. Let’s talk about the food – The breakfast buffet was to die for! So many options, beautifully presented, and everything we tried tasted amazing. Some must-tries 1. Sri Lankan milk rice with chicken curry 100/100 2. French toast 3. Pancakes & waffles 4. Salmon Eggs Benedict And a huge thank you to the chef who went out of the way to make a special cheese pasta for our 10-month-old baby, he literally ate it to bits and left nothing on the plate. That kind of thoughtfulness means everything! A great start to the day. For dinner, we ordered room service, and while the food tasted good, we felt it was a little on the pricey side, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels. Still tasty, just not the best value for money. The bar was also a highlight, amazing drinks, great vibe, and the bartenders really knew what they were doing. We loved chilling out there in the evening. The pool was dreamy, and the kids' play area was a huge hit with the little ones. It’s really family-friendly without sacrificing that luxury feel. Clean, tidy, and very well maintained. It was so nice to see a space where our little one could play safely and comfortably. Also, taking a second to appreciate the design and interior!! The place looks straight out of a magazine, modern, stylish, and super cozy all at once. Overall, we had such a lovely time. Everyone was so kind, the service was top-notch, and we left feeling totally recharged. Already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend – worth every moment. 💙
