Everything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

Very friendly and nice staff! It was set in a bit of an odd are but that being said convent because it was centrally located and near the freeway! Quiet room and everything was pretty clean! We would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself in another area would get higher ratings but this location is one of the worst, if not the worst in all of Tacoma. Upon walking into our room I went to the window and saw one homeless person deficating and another car with people living in it. The entire area is riddled with homeless and crime. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Tacoma Dome, thinking we could walk. We wouldn’t walk 10 feet in this area, avoid!

We were checked into a room that was dirty! Bedding had chunky white stuff on the skirt, urine drips on the floor in front of the toilet and hair all over the bathroom floor. I asked to be moved and the second room was dirty too! Also nothing worse than laying in bed at night and another guest walking into your room!!!!!!!! Our room was checked out to two different guests while we were in it! Two other guests had access to our room. Awful experience. I submitted a formal complaint over a week ago and no response.

When we returned to our hotel room after an evening out, I turned down the bed to find dirty sheets. Filled with lots of hair and grime. When I called the front desk they said that they would bring us new sheets. The security officer brought up the sheets and left. I called back to ask if we were supposed to change our own sheets. The front desk staff said yes. After some back and forth, I asked for a new room. We got a new room, which was fine. I talked to the manager in the AM and she apologized, but she said no compensation was available because we booked through *******. We will not be staying again.

Stayed one night with our family. We had two rooms. One room had filthy bed linens: hair strands all over the bed sheets, bed covers, and pillow cases. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Bathroom door did not close properly. We spoke with front desk to request either new linens or move to a new room. Front desk clerk advised that housekeeping was not available as the staff had gone home for the day. Was able to move to another room at 11pm. Surrounding area had a tent encampment. The parking lot had two vehicle thefts during the night we arrived.

Never again. As soon as we walked in our room it smelled bad. There was hair on the bed. Molded stuff in desk. There was bugs on the walls. We checked out within 5 minutes.
