piękny hotel z wspaniałą obsługą . Spędziliśmy tam fantastyczne 4 dni . Spa , sauny , basen i bardzo fajne , duże pokoje . Na miejscu jest wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy do dobrego wypoczynku . To był naprawdę wspaniały czas , każdemu polecamy to miejsce

Niestety oczekiwania nieadekwatne do ceny. Brak lobby, restauracja hotelowa czynna do 22 potem nie ma możliwości aby dłużej posiedzieć. Brak tez room service. Basen podzielony na pół tworzy 2 brodziki przez co strefa wellness nie jest w stanie pomieścić gości hotelowych i ciężko jest z niej skorzystać, przepełnione sauny, do tego ratownik w spodenkach typu chippendales przede wszystkim pilnuje, aby każdy z gości wziął prysznic przed wejściem, przechodzi przez każdą szatnię i dodatkowo wtrąca się w rozmowy gości hotelowych…totalny dramat!!! Nie spotkaliśmy się z takim traktowaniem w żadnym dotąd hotelu…Hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5*

We’ve spent wonderful time with kids. Hotel has an excellent restaurant, especially breakfast is very rich, and they have modern and tasty drinks on a bar. What is important it’s close to the ski arena and promenade but hidden in a small forest. You can relax in outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi

The hotel is new, personally I would not rate it 5*, rather max 4*. I visited the hotel with my family. The first impression was negative - the room was not ready. Bed linen, towels, bathrobe and more were missing. The first impression of disappointment and you are already focusing more on the negative. Just my opinion: if a 5* hotel offers rooms for 3 people (in our case, 16-year-old adults and 1 16-year-old child), it would be more appropriate to equip the room with a third full-sized bed, not a folding not very comfortable sofa. Meals: breakfast and dinner included, same repetitive breakfast - sufficient. Buffet dinner - not very successful. Spa: insufficient for the number of guests, non-observance of hotel rules - entry 16+ - to designated areas, not supervised by staff. Paid parking for guests, not included in the price of accommodation (I have not encountered this yet). Cleaning: again insufficient for the presentation of a 5* hotel At least some positive: the location of the hotel for starting hikes - new hotel I'm not sure I can recommend this hotel in good conscience.

Excellent accommodation. What stands out is every Thursday MTB ride with Waldek, simply amazing 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️. Great expert who will adjust the ride to your capabilities. High recommendation. Nice pool, good food and pro SPA.

Very pleasent hotel for resting and relaxing. Located 10 minute walk from centre, but located on a steep hill. Nice rooms, above average breakfast. Good pool and jacuzzi, but easily gets overcrowded with higher occupancy. Only con is restaurant. It is fine dining expensive place not fit for mid scale hotel. On top of that service is mixed and food actually often below expectations.

very pleasantly surprised, great service, cleanliness, great room design, balcony, room equipment - hair dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor whirlpool, we also used relaxing massages. excellent food at reasonable prices, breakfast included and an incredible selection of everything with constant replenishment of what was left. You really don't expect a race to see who won the designated croissant. enough of everything - fritters, pancakes, waffles, several types of sweet pastries, fruit salads, desserts, yogurts, she will prepare everything culturedly in adorable glasses. Savory - several types of pastries, several spreads, several preparations of eggs, sausages, cheeses, wellness is free all day.. jacuzzi, sauna, swimming poole, smál fitness - everything perfect, clean... the best.. This hotel is the prototyp of hotels, how it should work. All staff is here for People, everyone-s doing the best for people. Best duck breast for dinner in ages!!!! Nice hotel close to ski slope. No need to wait for table in the dinig area. Very nice breakfasst and dinner a lot to choose from. Junior suite nice and spacious a bit cold as the AC not working efficiently. Pool is small but if you avoid rush hours you will take full advantage of it.

Mercury Szklarska is biggest disappointment was happen with my family. We traveled by electric car but charging is booked by usual cars and we can't change and personal and manager of hotel can't help us and support. Personal 2 days try to find owners of cars. Do you know who stay in your hotel or you show for us how your support client? Our biggest fault that we buy 5 nights for vacation. Big minuses are mini swimming pool, little bit choice on lunch , nothing for kids in the evening. For breakfast you need wait for table 40 minutes in the hall with kids.
