達令港Metro飯店(Metro Apartments on Darling Harbour)

The location is exceptionally good, right in the city centre and close to all attraction; only a short walk. The apartment is good for a family; there is no parking but you can get parking in nearby place.

We Stayed at this service apartment as it was close to the Hyatt hotel where a wedding function was being held. It important to note that this Apartment block does not have onsite parking. You will need to park at a Wilson parking station and lug all your luggage to the Apartment. On top of that you then need to carry them up a flight of stairs just to get to reception. Our overnight stay was very expensive for the quality of the room. Seems using the sofa is expensive for 2 kids. Room was very average, but sufficed for our stay as it was only for the night. Certainly would not stay there for a longer stay. As we were on the third floor, outside noise was terrible and made for a very bad sleep. Also if you dislike the shower being in the bathtub, avoid this place. Generally speaking the apartment needs an uplift.

This location is close to everything and great for a family. All attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, public transport all in walking distance. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. We have stayed many times before. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. This time the cleanliness of the towels wasn't great but staff replaced straight away. We would definitely stay again.

Had a business trip where I had booked Metro apartments and it was a very pleasant overall experience. The rooms were gorgeous and well maintained with a unique 2 level concept. Clean and tidy overall. All possible amenities for shower and iron and even washing machine + dryer were available. The location was just superb with a view of Darling Harbour and Madame Tussauds directly in front. Well lit rooms and good Air conditioning. Solid mattresses - had amazing sleep over the 2 nights i stayed. Easy key access for after hours as well. Close to most of the shopping locations including Pitt street which is just a few meters away. Great staff as well who were always polite and helpful

L'établissement est bien situé, le personnel est au petit soin et serviable. Nois avions une chambre avec vue sur l'eau et le pont c'était très beau. Par contre, l'insonorisation laisse à désirer. On entend les gens et les sorties de bar de Darling Harbour alors que nous étions au 5e étage. Les voies rapides qui mènent au centre ville sont juste sous les fenêtres et les automobilistes adorent klaxonner. On entend tout et il fait froid car les grandes baies vitrées laissent passer le bruit et le froid.

The Apartments were comfortable with a beautiful Harbour View. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Price was good, great that we could prep snacks and breakfast, has washing machine and dryer for longer stays. Not fancy but a good spot to put your stuff down. Not good for elderly with frames or people that struggle with stairs. On the downside, bit of a walk into the main shopping area, Opera House and Bridge.

Good value and location, but dated and very very noisy due to location at the exit of the overpass road. Bath had paint peeling around the drain hole, the sink leaked underneath in the vanity unit, mold was present in the shower. We booked for 3 and only received 2 towels. No TV remote

Was a good location but the room was very poor. The bathroom had mould and smelt. There was a fire stain on the carpet amongst a general feeling of uncleanliness. It was also very noise and could hear all the people in the street. Seemed like it was a dorm room.

The service was great but the rooms are terrible. Mouldy ceilings, black filthy floors (wiped them over myself with a chux as I could feel they were dirty and sticky) carpet and lounges disgustingly filthy. So so so noisy even on 6th floor the traffic noise and music from the pub across the road keeps you awake nightly.
