Terrible hotel with bad facilities

The place was a bit overly priced for 106 pounds the bathroom tiles were not clean under my bed were toys for children meaning the place wasn't cleaned well before I got there ,the room was extremely cold the heating was not working no one on front office when I went down ,no complimentary toothpaste, brush bath robe slippers ,having worked in hospitality this is not anywhere near 4 stars

Unfortunately our stay must have been during an event. Extremely loud and noisy in the courtyard until way after 1am making sleep impossible. Disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool - never heard of that before. Breakfast was surprisingly very budget - have had much better at a Travelodge. Found the check-in staff to be condescending and very unhelpful.
On the plus side the room are lovely, a great size and beds are comfy.

Business trip and have used Village Swindon for 4 years now and invariably it’s an excellent experience - was not quite that way this time - I can’t fault the staff or rooms as usual excellent. But the Breakfast what on earth has happened - not sure if it was a bad day but the hot breakfast was all cold on the serving table - and a group of people were hanging around for Sausages. If it was my first time there it would have been enough to put me off! Would book again - pending the breakfast may not book again

This is the second time staying in a family room with two young children. The room is very spacious, and the kids love the swimming pool.
The hotel seemed to be busy but the rooms were quiet.
Good location near bowling, cinema, designer outlet shopping and food outlets.

I like the hotel but this time around the bed was quite uncomfortable due to it being two single beds being pushed together. Also the pillows were very small and not comfortable.
The breakfast this time however was quite nice and I enjoyed it

Not happy with the room ,most rooms have sky tv ,my room didn't, plus no bath ,i love a hot bath after a cold at work ,all the other times I've stopped there was ffine .

Cancelled on the morning - offered the Holiday Inn. A shame stayed there 10 plus times in the past, and referred people there.
Was my choice of Hotel in Swindon - not anymore. Obviously didn’t like the room rate I had got.
