Niveau extérieur et emplacement, c’est pas fou. Au bord d’une route avec énormément de trafic, façade assez industrielle. Pas très attirant. La décoration intérieure est très belle, c’est agréable, confortable et chaleureux. Le personnel est plutôt gentil et l’hôtel est grand avec pleins de canapé pour se poser avec un verre. Les chambres sont bien, la salle de bain est super mise à part la douche qui a très peu de pression. Nous étions en voyage organisé et le repas était vraiment nul. Des pâtes avec des légumes et une purée très liquide ? Cela ne ressemble en rien à de la cuisine italienne !! Un peu déçu de cette expérience, néanmoins la piscine est agréable malgré le bruit des voitures.

I recently had a horrendous experience at Hotel Royal Garden in Assago, Italy, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to prevent others from suffering the same fate. My stay was supposed to be a pleasant one, but it turned out to be a nightmare from the moment I checked in. Firstly, the room I was given was utterly unacceptable. The air conditioning was not working, which made the room unbearably hot, especially during the scorching summer in Milan. To make matters worse, I discovered blood stains on the bed sheet, which was absolutely revolting and unacceptable by any standard. When I brought these issues to the attention of the reception, their response was shockingly inadequate. They claimed they could improve the air conditioning by opening the duct from the console controlled from their reception computer. However, nothing changed, and the room remained stiflingly hot. Despite my repeated requests for a better room or any form of relief, I received no positive response or assistance. Frustrated and disgusted, I decided to leave the hotel and move to the Hilton in Paris, as I could not bear to stay another minute in such dreadful conditions. To add insult to injury, when I checked out, despite not staying for the duration of my booking, the hotel still charged me for two nights as per my online booking from their website. They showed no understanding or willingness to rectify the situation, effectively charging me for their appalling service and uninhabitable room. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at Hotel Royal Garden Assago and urge others to avoid this place at all costs. The combination of a non-working air conditioner, unhygienic conditions, and the unhelpful staff, followed by being charged for a stay I could not complete, makes this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.
JJuliette LWe stayed at this hotel for a sporting event, this was with a large group of national team players. The communications with the staff was very good; they replied to questions promptly and accommodated for requests very quickly. The hotel was well located for our purpose and only a few minutes walk to a shopping centre which included supermarket and food court and was very convenient. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast served was very good!
