JJaime LandaIt was our first time visiting Seville and from the moment we cross the bridge from the train station and enter into the historical part of the city we felt like we were in a magical place, but this was just the beginning
Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around
And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors
This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh
匿匿名用戶It's a bit far from the city center, but there are tram and bus stops nearby. The environment is very good, and rooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff are warm and friendly. Very good stay experience.
MMianne AngThe room is spacious with nice view. We have 2 different rooms which was upgraded by the manager with minimum fees. The stay is overall good and pleasant.
Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).
