When we checked in, we were informed we could not have the king suite we'd reserved because we had a pet. So they downgraded our room and put us in a room with dirty towels, full trash cans, etc. Then the AC wasn't working. We turned it off for awhile and then back on and it worked for awhile. Then quit and we had to do it again.
We have stayed at lots of Best Western hotels because of the bed quality, but I'm no longer willing to overlook all the negatives. I'll stay elsewhere from now on.
