基拉尼景觀小木屋大篷車公園飯店(Killarney View Cabins and Caravan Park)

I recently stayed at this location and I am compelled to share my disappointing experience. During our stay, I drove my parents to and from an event in town. I have a one-year-old child and am currently pregnant. Upon our return, my one-year-old was extremely overtired and screamed for over an hour. As I was unable to leave, I called friends to bring us some food. When they arrived, they briefly got out of their car to hand me the food. At this point, we were approached by the park managers, who informed us that it was illegal to have another car there. I explained the situation, mentioning my daughter’s distress and that my friends were merely dropping off food. The response I received was shockingly unprofessional: “Well, I am going to start screaming if you don’t move this vehicle.” This response was both immature and entirely unnecessary. We had no intention of keeping the car there, as it was just a drop-off. The following morning, at 6 AM, I returned to the park to pick up my parents for breakfast and departure. However, we found that the code we had been given was changed, forcing my parents, who are in their 70s, to carry all their belongings across the park to my car. While the location is lovely, the treatment we received was appalling and had a significant negative impact on our stay. The lack of empathy and the immature behavior of the staff were especially disappointing, particularly during a stressful moment with a young child. I do not recommend staying at this park with family or friends.

Location was great. Very handy to the local supermarket. Fun Sunday Market. We took the road from Boonah to Killarney. Very winding road with great scenery. The cabin was clean and comfortable, although a queen size bed would have suited us more than a double, as we're both quite tall. Otherwise a pleasant stay with a campfire each night underneath the stars.

What a beautiful quiet, well looked after park with great views over the surrounding district. Travelling in our motorhome along with friends in their caravan we were allotted sites next to each other and had a warm night with our fire pit which was allowed. The park had plenty of fire pits for use and firewood for sale. There are several new cabins on site with fire pits available. Well worth a visit.

Endroit très sympa et très calme, bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont bien veillant et accueillant. Pièce commune fonctionnelle avec cuisine, frigo et petit poêle pour des soirées conviviale. Camping que nous recommandons fortement. 😊👍
