皇家飯店(Royal Hotel)

Mr. Khem Ry è stato il nostro autista di tuk tuk ma soprattutto guida per un giorno. È stata una esperienza unica. Oltre ai principali siti di interesse, Mr. Ry ci ha mostrato tutte le piante utilizzate nella tradizione culinaria khmer, facendoci annusare e assaggiare fiori e foglie. Assolutamente consigliato

Super big, comfortable room. Really good bed and nice and quiet too. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very centrally located for the Riverside and restaurants. The guides were absolutely superb. Sam, who was our tuktuk driver for the day was the most friendliest and knowledgeable guide...ever. Nothing was too much trouble...he was generous, funny and his personal stories were amazing. Sam, it was an honour to meet you. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day.

Great hotel in the city centre with lovely, comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend booking a tuk tuk tour with the hotel. Our driver, Soon Keo, was a great tour guide taking us to visit the surrounding agricultural areas of Battambang as well the main tourist sites.

We loved our stay at royal hotel and extended! The owners are so nice and have a great team around them to help you with anything you need during your stay! We also loved the price and the location! Awesome deal:) The market, river and restaurants are all nearby

Das Royal Hotel befindet sich im Herzen der Stadt Battambang. Der "offizielle" Pick-up Service vom Bus war ein Segen, da dort totales Chaos herrschte und alle TukTuk Fahrer versucht haben, sich als hoteleigener Pick-up Service auszugeben. Wir waren zunächst enttäuscht von unserem ersten Zimmer, das schlecht gereinigt war. Jedoch konnten wir zu einem anderen Zimmer wechseln, das sauberer war. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber zeigten auch deutliche Alterserscheinungen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung könnten eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Das WLAN war recht langsam. Das Hotelpersonal war nett und hat versucht, uns zu helfen nachdem zwei Kleidungsstücken beim Wäscheservice abhenaden gekommen sind. Wir konnten aber leider die verlorenen Stücke nicht wiederfinden. Auf der positiven Seite hat das Hotel einen netten Tuk Tuk Fahrer vermittelt, der uns nicht nur bei einer sehr empfehlenswerten Tour rund um Battambang gefahren hat, sondern auch in gutem Englisch Informationen zu den verschiedenen Stopps gegeben hat.

Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es ein paar Liegen und Hängematten, sowie einen Whirlpool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei der Buchung von Transporten behilflich. Außerdem haben sie Kontakt zu Soon einem tollen Guide und Tuk Tuk Fahrer

The hotel was good value for money but the highlight was Mr Buntha the tuktuk driver. We only asked to see the bat cave and he gave us an amazing tour of the whole area, temples, monkeys, views, caves (incl killing cave), bats, the whole lot. He speaks great English and is very knowledgeable about the area, highly recommend Mr Buntha!

The Royal Hotel is a great place to stay in central Battambang. The Hotel staff are fantastic and go above and beyond for all their guest. They know the area well, have great recommendations and are attentive to all their customer's needs. Definitely will stay here next time I'm in town.
