I showed up to the hotel to check in at midnight after a long flight delay and long drive and they did not have a room for us. No call, nothing. They booked us in a different hotel, but they could have called us to let us know this before driving all the way to the hotel.

We started by being told that we couldn’t postpone our first of five nights because we were stuck in extremely bad storms. Then when we finally came in at 2am after fighting through the weather, the man who checked us in didn’t say more than “name?” “Swipe your card” “the elevators are down that hall”. And we had no idea why our room took 4 days to get cleaned until we asked about it, since he gave us zero information. Then after the “deep clean” I broke out in a terrible rash from the cleaner used on our bedding. And the final day of being in the room, we had to call up front to get someone to stop the super loud people above us from doing the Mexican hat dance above our heads 3 times while we are still trying to sleep. And it’s was made even worse because the floor/ceilings are so incredibly thin. I have never spent so much and gotten such a bad experience before.

Representative was very rude when I first walked through the door. I spoke and he didn't speak back. He gave me room with fast walking distance and sinks were not working properly, tub was not clean with a few bugs in it. I went back to the front to advise of the problems. I immediately said let me check you out instead of asking to get me another room. I said you're dismissing me instead of offering another room he became VERY HOSTILE. I saw a list of available rooms and he told me I had no business looking at his list and then threatened to call the police for nothing. I didn't threaten him I just simply asked for another room. After I asked him what are you calling the police for how did I'm not playing any games and then proceeded to give me another room keep in mind I have children with me. I'm a Bonvoy member and will be contacting corporate about this experience. I never experienced this ever

It was clean, do not like the carpets in the rooms (allergies). We arrived after 3am receptionist was cold (she seemed bothered that we woke her up from her car) the next shift was friendly and courteous

The facility was clean and well lit, breakfast was as good or better than most in this category of lodging. rooms are on the smaller size.. Would stay again..

I absolutely loved TownePlace - Lawrenceville. The staff was courteous, the facility was clean and well maintained, and it was conveniently located. My family was in transition because we sold our home and had been waiting to close on our new home. TownePlace felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.

Best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Flew in red eye and they made sure I could do an early check in so I could get a quick nap. Always welcomed with a smile by all employees at front desk

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is only a few years old so everything is very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower was so great I could have stayed in it for hours and the bed was very comfortable. We had a kitchen in our room and everything we needed. The only thing we didn't care for were the frozen breakfast sandwiches that were available to purchase (although it's still better than airline food). It also would have been nice if breakfast had been until 10 instead of 9, but that's personal preference. It really was beautifully done and well run. We would definitely stay there again and we will tell all of our friends that's were they need to stay if they are in the area.

It's a shame because the hotel is really fine, but the thin floors ruined the nice stay for me. You can hear every time someone walks across the floor and both nights I was awakened by the people above me. It sounds as if there is no carpeting in any of the rooms!
