Estive apenas por uma noite e o hotel atendeu ao que eu desejava. O quarto no andar superior acabou atrapalhando porque estava com uma mala muito grande, mas não compromete a estada.

I really thought the staff was great and made check in a breeze. Overall the room was clean and in good shape. Some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom is the only thing that needs attention. Got a great night's sleep.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, I’m a tub person, tub very old and worn out finish, needs replacing or refinishing

Very average motel. Room was run down and has been poorly patched up. Stairs were very dirty and slanted. Three people were smoking marshy an outside on some chairs in front of one of the rooms. Parking was limited. Breakfast was pretty poor. Very small selection - nutrition grain bar, yougurt, oa**eal. Cereal. The milk was warm and the hot water was Luke warm at best. The small refrigerator holding the yogurt and juice needed to be defrosted. The little juice containers are what you wound be served in a pre-school. One of the morning attendants was smoking outside and coughing and the other was doing grade school word mazes.

My stay was quiet and peaceful no noise from neighbors its clean plus i love how they have bigger bottles of shampoo, body wash, conditioner.

no shower wand-no soap in dispensers-heat lamp out-room heater makes too much noise. Room 217

Not many choices to stay at in Susanville. This was nicer than the run-down motels nearby. Appears remodeled not too long ago and they were painting outside while I was here. Room was clean, king bed was comfortable and the hot water and heater worked well, as it was cold outside!

There are not many choices in Susanville. Could hear the snoring guest from the room above mine.

While the front desk staff was lovely, the room was not so clean, carpet terribly stained, the tv remote didn’t work, the bed was uncomfortable and the one pillow per person was meager.
