Room was clean and quiet, bed was conformable, A/C worked great, had a fridge and microwave in room, and an elevator. The front office staff were helpful and kind.

This is a clean, refurbished older facility and the area surrounding it is tidy and fenced. Located on a major artery in Surrey BC. Easy to find. Enjoy this cost effective hotel/motel. Suggest: more eating/shopping info on website for international guests...... not just fast food please.

This place is way overpriced. It's very dirty/ rusty. Was the only one staying and did not feel safe. Worst pillows I've ever used and just very run down.

No stopper in bathroom sink, which is difficult for contact lens wearers. Toilet tissue holder broken. Box spring on bed not covered, Bedding did not fit and came off during night with the sheet and mattress pad, leaving bare mattress. Kitchen area very dirty and grease on the wall and large amount of grease on the electrical plug-in. Tiles broken in the bathtub and glued/calked in a very unsightly way with bare wall showing. Very unclean. TV in corner of the room on an end table, very odd room arrangement. Not possible for two people to watch the tv. Wish I knew how to make a reservation and not get a room like this, not a cheap hotel. Will never stay here again.

This was the most dirtiest place ever. There were bugs in the room. I walked in my room and walked back out and requested a refund and they wouldnt give it to me. I ended up paying for another room for the weekend so in total cost me 1000.00 DONT NOT STAY HERE. Very unsafe with the people that were hanging out in the halls ways. This place should be shut down.

In Short: Unsafe, Unsanitary, extended stay, homeless center. Do Not Stay Here! More Info: We pull into this "hotel" and there are people in wife beaters leaning over the balcony smoking. There is a homeless dude with his shopping cart going into the hotel. No joke, the room right off the lobby, room 101, they were handing out brown paper sack lunches to the homeless like a Catholic Community Services Stop. Our room was filthy. What do I mean by filthy? There was blood wiped on the counter by the sinks, it hadn't had any vacuuming as there was thick dust in the corners and left over trash from previous people. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. It was my bad, I didn't read the reviews before booking as everything was sold out or super expensive. If we were in America I would report them to the health depar**ent immediately. Walking into the room, we passed others who looked equally downtrodden. I am not judging the people, but the facilities, the homeless sack lunches, the broken down vehicles in the parking lot, the dirty rooms, and everything about the place made me hold my two little girls close, give an apologetic look at the wife and to say fervent prayers that our vehicle wouldn't be broken into during the night and that we wouldn't be eaten alive by bed bugs. Lucky for us, no bed bugs. ******* should stay clear and not recommend or advertise this. I have no problem with small hotels or even a little run-down. But I can not overstate. Do Not Stay Here.

Front desk person was friendly, welcoming & pleasant. Room comforter, blanket were dirty/stained & room did not smell clean. Microwave looked disgusting from the outside (needs replacing) but clean on the inside. Did not want to take off shoes in the room. Conclusion: nice people but housekeeping not even up to average standing.

This was a good price hotel but you get what you pay for. Very outdated hotel, no stove as pictured but very quiet. We only slept there so it was fine.
