Our room had some sort of boiler closet that rumbled and vibrated noisily all night on both nights of our stay. When we went down in the morning to notify about it, we waited by the desk for quite some time, however no staff personal were there. We also tried calling to the front desk multiple times with no response. It was disappointing.

It’s in a great area. No need to rent a car. It’s very walkable.
The only issue we had was checkin. The check in time was 4 pm. We arrived at 5 pm. The room was not ready until 645. The young children with us were not happy.

Sacamos en Grand Beach West, al estar en reparación nos hicieron upgrade a Grand Beach Surfside, muy contentos, con la habitación y la limpieza, muy bueno servicio de Pileta y la Playa, también la decoración diseño interior, bien logrado en la recepción

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful backyard pool area. Roof is stunning! Great place to swim, relax in quieter area!
Location is also great. One block away form all the eaterys.

I paid for 2 double beds but received one bed while paying more for the room I requested, very disappointed had to pay extra to the hotel, disappointed!!!

Really great rooms and service. Fabulous location.
Only issues are impossible to get beach chairs and cost if valet parking.

Tudo perfeito, hotel com estrutura maravilhosa. Limpeza nota 1000. Atendimento também, ambiente familiar. Quarto enorme com 2 banheiros, muito conforto!!!! Volto com certeza !
