Holiday Inn Resort 海濱沙灘@瑟夫賽德(Holiday Inn Resort Oceanfront @ Surfside Beach)

Great food, music, clean. Only down side was toliet makes weird noise and can't change the air-condition settings so it was a little hot at times.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We loved having the balcony to sit on and enjoy the beach and sound of the waves. We really didn’t need to leave the hotel often. The restaurant was open all day with specials and Happy Hour. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Sharon, bartender, treated us like visiting friends. The pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. The hallways were clean and the staff were very friendly. King and the other housekeepers on our floor greeted us when in the hallway on the 5th floor.

Bed comfortable room clean. Beach access perfect. The front desk staff reminds me of the old roadside motels just check in and check out. Not conducive for a resort. I asked for beach chairs was told no and offered no solutions. Got similar responses on other questions I just don't want to take three time here. We ate there 1 time and went out the rest of our meals.

It was fantastic excellent customer service from all the hotel employees, front desk, bar, restaurant, Houskeeping, our room was clean , fresh bed very comfortable beautiful view, We had breakfast there it was very delicious, for sure we will stay again. Thank You

The staff at this property is top tier!!! Sherry has amazing customer service and just talking to her on the phone made us excited to stay. We were greeted by I believe his name was Matt and another gentleman. The welcome was warm and genuine. During our stay, we also came in contact with Sabrina at the front desk who was simply GREAT! Her warm smile even when we lost our keys made us feel like it was ok. Even down to the housekeeping team, this staff is amazing. The property was clean, amazing views and great food. A wonderful getaway and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making this special weekend memorable. We WILL be back.

We didn't get an ocean side view as requested. Please know that this is a hotel, not a resort. Hot tub water was too dirty to get in. Did enjoy the beachfront. Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Had a lot of young teens running around through the parking lot and they were having a hard time keeping them off the property

To me the room was very much over priced. The room was very small and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also the guy that was working the front desk at night was very rude. The complementary breakfast was not the best The food was very bland, and had no taste.

Greg and Cheri are the most attentive and friendly front desk people I deal with. I deal with a lot of front desk people. This is my favorite hotel. For some reason I can’t leave a one hundred twenty character review, so I am having to add filler.

Perfect for us! Clean, quiet and right on the water so we could relax and watch the beach. The bed was very comfortable and w e slept well. The staff was super friendly. It’s been there for a while but it was more comfortable than the flashy newer hotels!
