特里克特花園假日飯店(Trickett Gardens Holiday Inn)

위치와 시설,서비스면에서는 모두 만족합니다. 단, 침대청결도는 좋지 않았고 4박 5일동안 자체적으로 수건을 빨아써야하는 불편함이 있었어요. 위치는 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 수영장과 스파시설도 매우 만족했답니다.

No lifts!! 27 steps to the 1st floor. Lovely man at help desks, gets worked to hard washer dryer which was handy, sound proof wall, great shower pressure microwave oven large fridge 1985 build outdated but VERY comfortable beds. $ 100 per night. Good deal 3 beds! Recommended if your on a budget so close to shops pubs and tram.

Older property, well kept for its age. Very close to everything. Free parking is a bonus.

Quite a old one but with excellent location closed to Sky Point, no lift available so you better request to stay on ground level. Walk 5 minutes to bus and tram station.

Older but homely. Manager was friendly & helpful. Stairs were the main problem as we're in our mid 70's. Fruends at Mantra Circle on Cavil paid less per day than we did.

The property is in a great location - less than a block from the beach and a short walk to Cavill Ave. It is also very close to the tram line. The room itself and general housekeeping needs some attention; paint was peeling from the walls, the bathroom and bedroom flyscreens needs to be replaced as there are holes in them. There was also an ant infestation in the bathroom sink and large stains on the blankets in the wardrobe. We stayed for a week and were not provided with any laundry liquid/powder. The decor of the room seemed like we were given the leftovers from someone's home. A very shabby chaise that gave me hives every time I sat on it, an old couch with a removable cover (I didn't dare remove), ratten and glass kitchen table and coffee table. We also only had 4 teabags and 4 sachets of sugar - these were not replenished during our stay. The person at the reception desk was friendly when we checked in and out. Unfortunately, we will not be back as the price is too high for the poor quality of the room itself. It looks like management is doing the bare minimum when considering their guests' stay. You can find many other options for the same price with better amenities.

The reviews I read were unfair. I stayed 3 nights with my daughter at this property and was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in unit 28, on third floor. Yes, there were stairs so be prepared. The bathroom was brand new. The unit was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed. The carpark was very tight but adequate and the pool was lovely. Best of all was the location, close to beach and Cavill Ave. Give this property a go.

When we went into the room it was filthy. Ice from previous guests was left in the fridge. Fridge had old food scraps in it. All glassware and other kitchen items were absolutely disgusting. Pieces of carpet Randomly around the room. Beds were messy and the blankets had hair and bugs in it. Got blamed for breaking a sofa bed when we didn’t even use it or know it existed. Shower had rusty holders in it. Rusty fan that didn’t work properly. Sticky floor and dirty mirrors. After our stay we then got charged a cleaning fee for leaving 5 pieces of confetti on the ground and a birthday cake that was in a plastic container. I work in house cleaning and I know you cannot charge someone a fee for something as little as that. Just Trying to get extra money, many people have said they try to scam you. Not to mention the house cleaner was bare foot with no gloves or proper cleaning equipment. I think I should charge them a cleaning fee. What. A. Joke. Don’t stay here
