西弗敦公寓飯店(Silverton Apartment Resort Surfers Paradise)

Booked a room through *********** whom i have used numerous times without issue. Received confirmation from ***********. Yet when we arrived at location after a 4 hr drive we were told by the rude woman behind the counter that our booking had been rejected and that we had to call *********** ourselves and that's all she could do. I showed her my booking confirmation, but she wouldn't even look at it. I asked to see the manager and she said the manager was not there. Upon asking her to atleast call her manager, all of a sudden she said that she was the manager... Another lie. The fact she had my details "on the ledger" (even though she said i wasn't on her ledger) suggests what happened was that the apartment staff cancelled my booking to fit someone else in. The apartment had no other rooms available so we were stuck trying to find a similar priced location due to budget at 4 pm in the afternoon. The woman was so rude and unaccommodating, not concerned at all about the situation. So we called the apartment from out the front and the manager/ owner, Harvey finally answered. He too was disgracefully rude to my partner. This place should be removed from all booking sites, especially *********** as they are incompetent, rude and then push their issues back to the booking company who have no control over them. STAY AWAy.
