設施有點達不到5星，總的來說這樣的價格，性價比還算是比較高，有該有都有

很舒適的入住體驗！從雙火山回到泗水，全身痠痛到爆炸，第一晚預約了一個按摩，直接睡過去，第二晚游完泳後去泡了小温泉，第三天全身痠痛感全無！酒店洗衣服務和酒店送機是付費的，價格不便宜但服務態度很好，配得上五星級。btw，酒店位置就在泗水最大的購物商場旁邊，逛一逛很方便

有比較舊一點 第一間小潮濕 後來換了一間 樓下泳池 連接餐廳 空中花園的感覺 早餐還不錯可以接受 房價相當親民台幣1千多一點 大推

我知道這家酒店相當老舊,但經典且值得這個價格。房間很寬,我很喜歡。因爲現在所有新酒店都只是標準型,而且到小像工作室類型。這家酒店是家庭友好的,因爲房間寬大,以及所有我們需要的設施。不是那麼高,但從房間看風景還是不錯的。Surabayaaaa除了城市景觀之外,還能看到什麼?哈哈。無論如何,非常推薦給喜歡寬敞房間和離購物中心、美食中心和所有您需要的人。

酒店位置特別好，在shopping mall 的一樓，進出shopping mall非常便捷，吃飯購物一站式搞定。 環境：好，設施很新，大廳很漂亮，有很多玩偶雕塑及色彩鮮艷的圖案， 服務：很好 衛生：也非常乾淨。早餐選擇非常多，餐廳很大。早餐的煮麵條粉絲特別美味，符合中國餐飲習慣，早餐選擇很多。很滿意的一次住宿體驗

I stayed in Heritage studio room 58. The ambience of hotel gives you a feeling like you are Royalty and stay in this Heritage hotel with a history of Indonesia’s freedom era takes you back to the old times. It’s better to stay in Hotels like these which are historic yet have every modern gadgets in the rooms. It’s an experience which can’t be described in words. The Garden outside your rooms and a tea/ coffee in morning sitting in the bench in Garden makes life pause. There are many hotels in the vicinity but they are all standard hotels like Double Tree, Four Points Sheraton which are Urban new age hotels but very corporate types. It’s ok to break out sometime to explore hidden gems like these. Coming to Surabaya and not staying in Hotel Majapahit is a crime. Smooth check in and check out process. Very courteous house keeping staff, concierge and reception. From the maintenance standpoint doesn’t look a bit like it’s 100+ years old construction. Maintained so well and the furniture in the room gives you the vibes of history yet are so artistic. Do explore this extra ordinary Hotel in middle of a bustling street. A stroll in the night will boost up your mood. 100% staying in this hotel again whenever I come to Surabaya.

很幸運,我14晚的住宿被升級爲行政俱樂部,必須承認我們充分利用了它。早餐是點菜,下午茶,下午6點的葡萄酒和煮熟的食物,奶酪,蛋糕/布丁等的絕佳選擇,這意味着我們不需要去吃晚餐。房間很好,有現代電視,有很多頻道,並從移動/平板電腦中啓用智能視圖(整個酒店互聯網都很強大)。浴室很棒,有夢幻般的淋浴和一個浴缸,很快就充滿了。牀很大很舒服,遮光窗簾和微妙的燈光,可以隨時入睡,空調工作完美而安靜。我們想象中的3家餐廳在行政酒廊流浪的夜晚。餐廳可能有點貴,但這是一家五星級酒店,所以可以預期。優點:良好的房間,強大的互聯網,很棒的淋浴,行政俱樂部 - 酒店所有領域的傑出員工/客戶服務和令人難以置信的迷人員工。缺點:地下室的絕望酒吧有很好的現場音樂,但非常令人失望(除非你在一個羣體中,否則最好避免)。
