You’re just a few minutes away from Lake Powell, which has been a great source for kayakers and taking out the paddle board and fishing. There are nearby public boat ramps, shopping, dining, grocery, drug stores, banking, coffee house, medical facilities, beach stores, outdoor concert/green space areas and more. Publix anchored Ocean Park Pavilion shopping center almost across the street offers a variety other very convenient dining and retail establishments "near home". You will find Popular Pier Park and much, much more is only 7 miles east with the Panama City Beach airport is only 17 miles away. Beach Access: Bay County Public Beach Access 95 is the closest beach access point to this home. It’s about a 5 to 6-minute walk. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip.
