椰子住宅的花街豪華工作室(Flower Street Luxury Studios in Palm Residence)

Not the same hotel , they exchange it . We ware in Tia Maria hotel which is old and stinky bathroom . Very old carpet . But beds are big and comfy and we were looking for hotel in Sunny beach ! This one is almost in Nessebar … very far from the center . The see side is good and calm but expensive .

We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!

Comfortable beds and nice large balcony AC wasn’t very cool and freezer didn’t freeze only 3 hangers between 2 of us Missing cutlery no cooking utensils Not great communication with host either

First i was told there was no room. Then when I finally got it, the room had no working aircondition, no bathroom lights, no towel

Résidence neuve, propre, climatisée. L'adresse indiquée sur le site et la confirmation n'est pas une adresse valide ce qui fait qu'aucun taxi n'a pu m'y amener et que même la police n'a pu me renseigner sur comment y accéder. A force de tourner et retourner dans sunny beach en essayant d'avoir la réception de la résidence toujours occupée, au bout de 3 h un employé de la résidence est venu me chercher pour m'y amener. Le lendemain matin, je n'ai pas pu utiliser ma voiture bloquée sur le petit parking par une voiture en travers. En demandant à la réception j'ai pu quitter sans encombre la résidence à la fin de mon séjour car ils avaient veillé à ce qu'aucune voiture ne me bloque le matin de mon départ. Mais il faut persévérer dans les appels téléphoniques avant d'obtenir un correspondant.
