Kuban Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Niestety nie jest to dobry wybór dla rodzin z dziećmi. Usytuowanie w samym centrum Słonecznego Brzegu, muzyka do samego rana, przez co nie mogliśmy spać. Od miejsca, które wybieramy na odpoczynek oczekujemy komfortu, spokoju i ciszy. Żaden z tych czynników nie został tu spełniony. Jedzenie bardzo monotematyczne, aczkolwiek gdy byliśmy bardzo głodni, to dało się coś wybrać. Jedynym plusem naszego wyjazdu był Nesebyr - przepiękne miasteczko.

Naprawdę nie rozumiem, skąd tyle nagtywnych opinii na temat hotelu Kuban. Co prawda, jest on nieco starszy, ale za to czysty, zadbany. Super urozmaiceniem jest aquapark ze zjeżdżalniami oraz zabawy organizowane nad basenem przez pozytywnych animatorów, zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Ogromne podziękowania dla całej ekipy, wszyscy zawsze byli pełni energii, uśmiechu i zawsze chętni do rozmowy; widać, że kochają swoją pracę. Poza tym cały personel tutaj jest bardzo miły, zarówno osoby w restauracji, panie sprzątające, barmani, recepcjonistki, jak i ratownicy. Jedzenie dobre, nie ma co narzekać – każdy może wybrać coś dla siebie. Super przekąski w ciągu dnia na basenie. Nie ma szans być głodnym. Świetna lokalizacja, wszystko blisko - morze, kluby, puby, sklepy i apteki. Widok z pokoju zapiera dech w piersiach. Wrócimy za rok, do zobaczenia ponownie

Do hotelu udaliśmy się 18-to osobową grupą, dorośli i dzieci. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Pokoje dość w starym stylu ale za to czyste, zadbane. Codziennie sprzątane. Mój pokój miał balkon na baseny i dzięki temu mieliśmy ciszę. Znajomym trafił apartament od strony ulicy i tam niestety było bardzo głośno do godziny 6 rano. Obsługa hotelu miła i pomocna. Posiłki codziennie inne i bardzo smaczne. Każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Dania niekiedy trzeba było doprawić ale to już indywidualna kwestia. Między posiłkami dostępny snackbar. Baseny o różnych głębokościach ze zjeżdżalniami. Hotel oblegany przez turystów więc na leżaki trzeba „polować”. Całą fantastyczną atmosferę jednak robili animatorzy. Wiktoria, Oktawia, Natalia i Denis - chylę nisko czoło. Tyle energii, chęci do pracy, zabawy, pomysłowości i umięjętności zaskarbienia sobie zaufania każdego dziecka to prawdziwy dar. Dzięki takim osobom rodzice w 100% są w stanie wypocząć na wakacjach z dziećmi. Organizowane wieczorki, rozgrywki w ciągu dnia gromadziły widownię zarówno dorosłą jak i tą młodszą. Jak dla mnie wszystko na pozytyw. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna. Wszędzie blisko. To był nasz pierwszy taki wyjazd poza granice kraju, taką grupą i jesteśmy zachwyceni. Jestem przekonana, że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem wszystko na plus.Bardzo dobra kuchnia znakomity personel zawsze uśmiechnięty. Duże podziekowania dla animatorów (Oktavia jest najlepsza) cały czas dzieci ją wspominają. Barman przy basenie zawsze miły i uśmiechnięty. Super działający wifi na terenie całego hotelu nie zależnie od piętra. Polecam i napewno tu wrócimy

Great hotel in the best location. The staff was very friendly. The food was ok, especially from the snack bar. The animation team created the greatest atmosphere. They played different games for children and adults. They were always full of energy. Oktavia 🤗is the best (and she's a dancer Date of stay: 2024

Overall, the hotel was pretty good, however, there is room for improvement. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 2 children. The weather in May is pretty unpredictable and the first few days of our holiday were quite dismal, and this affected the quality of the entertainment, but the entertainment team are great, and did their best with what they were given. Most of the kids club activities were free, however there were a few that were payable, about £7 (15 lev) for one activity they did and £10 for another (25 lev). The Girls and daniel were great and always made sure that all the guests felt Included, I did feel sorry for them at times, with unwanted attention/touching from tourists that I suppose has a little too much to drink. Between the hours of 2-4 the entertainment team have a well deserved break but I think the pool area could benefit from music throughout this time, as it was a bit quiet. The entertainment team were fantastic with the children, and I felt confident that my children were safe being in their care whilst I sat from afar. Drinks- Pool bartender was great, very chatty, and made us feel welcome. Fantastic cocktails, and he always knew my preferred drink of choice. 5* bar tender. The lobby bar tender I think is underrated. Good alcohol from this bar tender too. (He seemed to be on his own all day- so keep smiling matey) overall, fantastic, generous alcohol. White wine however was not to our taste, nor was the red wine in the games room (it was chilled). The red wine in the restaurant wasn't chilled. Food- this was a hit and miss. The first 3 days, it was pretty awful, overcooked and dry. Sometimes stale. Not much variety, and when there was, it was stone cold. We were not keen on the breakfast items. Lunch was usually the best. After the 4th day though, it did start to get better, fresher, hotter, and more variety. Breakfast still wasn't great, BUT... they do serve mushrooms, which I don't often find at buffet hotels, and the cheesy scrambled egg was lovely. Kids liked eggs and pancakes. The drinks from the dispensers were watered down, so we got them from the bar instead. Coffee machines did the job, although would have liked espresso, and mochas. There is a small area outside where you can eat, which we taken advantage of some days. But watch out for seagulls! On the whole,food needs improving. The room- Was clean and tidy and a nice size for 4 people. We stayed in a superior family room. everything we needed Was in the room except a safe. Although, as a couple we would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 single beds together. Cleaners came daily to refresh the rooms, and on most occasions would give you toilet roll outside your door if you put do not disturb on the door. One occasion though this didn't happen and we needed to get toilet roll from reception. The only downsides with the room was no black out curtains, and it was right on the *****, so we heard late night partying from the corner bar. Booking a poo

The hotel was almost empty. By the time I arrived the season was almost over and there were barely any tourists and locals. I have been in Sunny Beach previously and the mood was very different. It felt like I wasn't welcome at this time of the year and I should come back when tourists are expected.

We visit with friends and partied a lot. The alcohol is ok and the bartender makes good cocktails. I do not recommend for families however because there are a lot of tourists and they also party a lot and are very noisy all the time so have this in mind.
