Excellent location and not far from anywhere. The views from the rooms are so beautiful and breathtaking. The room size is amazing, nice furniture and well equipped with all the necessary items. The housekeeping staff were friendly and looking after work and guests. The inclusive breakfast was full of various dishes. The entire staff were professional and did their best to provide and services required. I liked the place and the activities indoors and outdoors.

Great place with amazing food and service. If you're looking for a spot to relax this is definitelly place for it. Rooms are nice and clean with beautiful forest to walk around. I'm definitelly recommending this place and I'd like to visit it again.

We would like to thank the entire team from your resort. We organised a family gathering in your resort at the end of December 2023. We stayed in one of your villas and in the hotel. We also arranged a lunch for 12 people which was beautifully prepared in your restaurant and served for us in the villa. My husband and I, as well as other family members, travel all over the world regularly, but we have never experienced such kindness from the staff. Our whole family agreed that your people literally made up for every possible disadvantage, even the lack of snow in December. A definitely justified price-service ratio. The entire experience was more than what I could have asked for. The hotel was super clean and the staff were outstanding. Everyone at the check in desk, the spa, room attendants, restaurant and bar were all super kind and helpful. I really did not want to leave. They remembered my name, the coffee/drink I liked, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great (beef goulash was a winner)! You cannot help but fall into a state of relaxation the moment you arrive here. I cannot wait to return. A special applaud to Muhamed, Alen, Samina and Mersiha. They made my stay so very special. A true credit to the resort!

Nous avons séjour 5 nuits à l’hôtel. Pour y accéder c’est assez simple malgré son emplacement en plein cœur de la montagne. C’est indiqué régulièrement depuis l’aéroport de Sarajevo qui se trouve à 30’ environ. L’hôtel est beau, le cadre est agréable et on peut vraiment se reposer. Les parties communes sont spacieuses (restaurant et lobby). Le spa est agréable et la piscine est très jolie et offre une vue splendide. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l’hôtel est surchauffé tant dans les chambres que dans les parties communes et je ne parle même pas de la piscine où il fait une chaleur épouvantable. Le ménage n’a été que fait succinctement et cela n’est pas correct voir pas pensable pour un 5 étoiles. Les produits dans la salle de bains il faut se lever tôt alors ne faire pas comme nous et emmener votre gel douche et votre shampooing. Le petit déjeuner est minable on est plus près d’un lounge d’aéroport que d’un hôtel de standing. Malgré cela le personnel est souriant, à l’écoute et fait son travail. L’hôtel est propre et il est agréable de prendre son café le matin sur l’immense terrasse. Petit bémol, ne demandez pas une réservation pour un restaurant ou un taxi ils ne savent pas faire et vous donne le téléphone… un peu limite…. Autre détail qui peut avoir une grande importance : l’établissement ne sert absolument pas d’alcool.

Det står om TARCIN HOTELL AND SPA at alle rom har utsikt til fjellene. Vi så rett på parkering og trær, null fjell. Å dusje bare med hånddusj var ikke mulig, da bryter for å veksle dusj-tak, ikke virket. Kjøleskapet virket heller ikke, og dør-håndtak til balkong var helt løst. Men alt annet er topp, servitører er PRIMA👍

Great relaxing location, hospitable team and family friendly hotel. Various activities available on spot. The breakfast is good, so is the offer on the restaurant menu. Overall a very nice place to spend some quality time. Highly recommended.

Das Tarcin Forest Resort ist ein gutes Hotel an einer atemberaubenden Lage. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie tun alles, um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Vom Innenpool aus hat man ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht und kann sich auf der Aussenterasse sonnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig ausgelegt und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die tollen und kostenlosen Ladestationen für Elektroautos, welche wir gerne beansprucht hatten. Leider sind wir dennoch nicht ganz zufrieden. Das Hotel wird als Luxushotel angepriesen, vor Ort sogar als 5 Sterne Hotel. Dies ist es nach internationalen Standards bei weitem nicht. Das Hotel wurde 2018 gebaut. Es scheint uns, als ob das Hotel durch Corona stark gelitten hat. Einige Bauten (Villen) und Anlagen wurden bis heute nicht fertiggestellt. Zudem leidet nun der Unterhalt. Abgenutzte Möbel auf den Zimmern und rostige Container in den WC's beim Pool sind nur einige Beispiele. Die Möblierung im Restaurant erinnern uns eher an eine Kantine. Leider scheinen die Bosnier es mit dem Abfall nicht sehr genau zu nehmen. Auf der Zufahrt zum Hotel liegt überall Abfall herum, was nicht sehr angenehm ist. Das Hotel wird mehrheitlich von Muslimen und arabischen Gästen gebucht. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber es gibt dadurch im ganzen Hotel keinen Alkohol. Dies müsste bei der Buchung erwähnt werden! Fazit: Das Hotel ist nicht das Problem. Das Problem ist, wie es vermarktet wird.
