利伯蒂戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Liberty)

The hotel placed a hold on a credit prior to us getting there. When they asked how I was paying I have them another card and the proceeded to place and extra hold along the the hotel charges. When asked about it they kept blaming expidia and the banking institution. After an argument and nasty attitude from them we decided to check out 2 hours later. We never even opened the door to our room. When asked about a refund again they said they couldn't do anything to get in touch with *******. When I got in touch with *******, ******* reached out to them regarding the refund but the hotel refused! That was my experience with them. My friend had her card swiped on someone elses account which resulted in extra deposits held on her card aswell! SHOCKER!🙄

Wanted to charge $50 for early check in at 11am but let us check in at 1 no extra charge. Renovated rooms still not great, bathroom sink never replaced… Breakfast at 8:30…no attendant servicing area, good had to be removed out of plastic storage containers in fridge..no replacement of breads…

The place it self is okay, the staff is what so friendly. The pool? Too much bleach, not enough towels for the volume of people staying. The hot tub was good but too close to the pool. The breakfast??? Everything frozen, not enough food for the demand. The two days there was no cofee until you ask for it. Parking was good and the room was okay, the floor is not carpet so everytime we showered we needed a new towel, so we had to keep asking for towels to dry the floor. The washer works good but not the dryer, we spent 4 dollars and it still not dry, and we couldn’t get more quaters because we had no more cash! Who Carrie’s cash these days??

The girl behind the desk upon check in was unpleasant!. Poor attitude while we were asking questions! Their mission statement read warm hospitality, more like cold hospitality. However, to be fair the rooms were spotless! Great bed and shower. Complimentary breakfast was very good and clean. Other employees were very helpful.

Bed was clean and fresh. Motel was covenient to Stagedoor Manor. The half the lights, coffee maker and hair dryer did not work. Premium channels were not available. The pool and other portions of motel were under construction. There was always a fly in our room. No other bugs. Bathroom had black mildew in a few places. Liberty, the surrounding town seems pretty depressed.

We stayed at this hotel for approximately 9 hours. We were sent to a room in the basement and there was a lot of debris and broken furniture in the alleyways leading to our room. The beds were small (double beds only) and uncomfortable. When we checked in, we were unaware that the hotel was not a pet-friendly hotel. We only realized it when we checked out, but we were very careful to upkeep the hotel property and our pet did not damage any part of the room or the hotel property. Despite this, we were charged $100 in incidentals fee, even when we were told by the hotel manager that this fee would be a discretionary charge decided by the maids once they cleaned the room. This was changed and we were later told that we would be charged the $100 regardless of whether the room was in great shape or not. We spoke to the manager, Mr. Patel, who refused under all circumstances to waive this fee and who said that after all this is a "business" and that there was no way for him to waive the fee. I have stayed in other properties, especially Hilton hotels, where the staff makes their best effort to accommodate exceptional circumstances. The staff was absolutely rude (especially the managers Ray and Patel) and I would never go back to this hotel or any other Wyndham property and will make sure that other loved ones are aware of my experience here. For next time I'll be sure to book a Hilton hotel instead.

Neither indoor or outdoor pool were open. Restaurant and bar in hotel were not open. Laundry facilities were closed. Room coffee maker was broken. Asked for manager 3 different times over 2 days but he was never there and didn’t return our messages. On a good note, the room and beds were fine and staff was friendly.

The facility is old and dilapidated. The room seemed clean but the halls smelled like mold, the pool was empty and cracked, the whole place has seen much better days. We stayed for two nights and no one cleaned our room or brought fresh towels.

We thought convenience should be the deciding factor but were wrong. It would have been much better to stay somewhere further away for a variety of reasons: cleanliness, professionalism, wifi service, customer service, noise, food. You should stay somewhere else, too.
