الادارة فاشلة جداً والنظافة ضعيفة لقد حجزت غرفه ديلوكس عن طريق البوكنك وتم تأكيد حجزي وعند وصولي بعد مسافه طويلة جداً ومتعبة تفاجئت بأن لا احد استقبلني عند مدخل الفندق لمساعدتي وعند دخولي قال لي موضف الرسبشن بأن لا توجد غرف فارغة مع العلم وصلني ايميل بتأكيد الحجز وقال لي ابحث عن فندق اخر

I recently stayed at the Millennium Kurdistan Hotel And Spa, planning for a two-night stay. However, I canceled the second night for several reasons. Firstly, I was on the third floor and could smell the sauna and swimming pool from the second floor in my room. Secondly, the room was small and had no view at all. Additionally, the staff seemed very unorganized; there was leftover food in the corridor on the third floor for two days, indicating that no one was checking the cleanliness of the hotel. Lastly, the receptionists were unfriendly and unprofessional, never offering a smile. This was my first and will be my last time staying at this hotel. Ramada is a much better option and also cheaper.

تجربة مميزة وكادر محترم ونظافة مشكورين عليها نتمنى ان يكون لنا خصم خاص في المستقبل لكي نقيم في الفندق كلما زرنا السليمانية

كانت أقامه رائعه من جهه نظري تنافس اغلب فنادق شرق الاوسط من حيث نظافه والاهتمام والكادر مميز من موظفين والمشرفين الذين يبذلون الجهد كافي في سبيل راحه النزلاء ولاننسا ايضا جهد الموظفه الرائعه صاحبه الابتسامه اللطيفه وجوهرة الريسبشن الانسه (له نيا )في توفير جميع متطلباتنا ع مدار تواجدنا هناك تحيه اجلال وشكراا لحسن أضافه

الهوتيل راقي جدا جدا يقدم خدمة ممتازة جدا جدا وتعاملهم كان راقي ويستحق ان يكون الفندق الاول في كردستان خدمة المضييفين كانت رائعه والاستعلامات كانو متعاونين وذو خبره ممتازة والتقيت العديد من الموضفين الي كانو يقدمون خدمة ممتازة تمثل الفندق ورقي الفندق من ضمنهم الموضفة لنيا

Can highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed here for 4 days and we are so happy with everything. The service is absolutely fantastic and the staff is super nice. The hotel is clean and the spa is incredible. So if you are in Suleymaniah and looking for a good hotel, this is the hotel I can recommend.

My stay was super amazing from the reception and the room and amenities and staff specially Mr Ameen was very friendly and helpful he was always available for my requests I recommend everyone to visit this hotel it was very quiet and the breakfast was super.
