When I returned to my room at 940, I still had an hour and 29 minutes until check out, my door was open and the housekeeper was *****ping the bed. When I told her checkout was at 11 she proceeded to ***** the bed and began changing it. I said my husband wanted to nap before we checked out as he had to drive 6 hours to get back home. She remade the whole bed then went into the bathroom and did the towels, soaps and garbage. I asked her to leave numerous times and she wouldn’t. I the. Noticed she had my personal toiletries on her cart that I had to ask for. So my question is how clean are these rooms? Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and we had a shower before we left. I went down and told the front desk which she said she would have the manager call me. It’s been two days and no call. I will never stay at a Fairfield again and will make sure this is passed on

Overall the property was good. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was very loud. The fan would turn on and off all night. Probably the worst quality sleep I’ve had at a hotel solely due to the noise.

They don’t properly train front desk staff for check ins , the cost ratio to what you pay for vs what you get is unfair

We had a great time. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff are very friendly. Continental breakfast was good with many options.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and. Warm the beds were comfortable all together a good stay I would definitely use this hotel again

Property is fantastic, very well kept. Had to keep my family busy for 2 hours as the room was not ready at check in time. Refrigerator in room was very loud, kept us all up, had to unplug in in the middle of the night. Told front desk about it at check out time

The pool and hot tub were out of service for my whole 3-day stay. Breakfast was pretty awful. Otherwise decent hotel. Very clean. Friendly, professional staff.

Just needed a little bit of salt on the sidewalks around the side doors of the building. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast. Staff was so nice! Every staff member we met was so pleasing and smiling! Great experience overall! Only thing I think needs to be mentioned, is that the pool is very small, and so, can get pretty crowded! Our kids are older now so it didn’t matter to much but for a family with small kids, this is to take in consideration! But still, I highly recommend this place, especially for the wonderful staff!
